I liked the size of room ,the individual bed design . The tv stationed well on the wall. The cleanliness of the carpets in the common areas. the setting looked good .Nice combination of new and original features of the building. |

Neat clean room. Very helpful staff. Lovely choice of dishes for breakfast and spacious dining room. Pleasant grounds for walking and observing wildlife, especially the rabbits! Queries met promptly. Proximity to many places of historic importance. Quietness enabled us to sleep well. |

Swimming pool / gym, breakfast was good and the breakfast staff very efficient and helpful. Will send a letter and photos regarding the lack of cleanliness and poor state of the room. I didn't feel it was appropriate to give my pin number for £50 above the cost of the room when we were not eating at the hotel - it was an overnight stay. I was happy to give a card to the value of the room or slightly more; it seemed churlish on behalf of the staff to cancel the newspapers I had just ordered because I didn't feel sanction the £50 above the cost of the room. Although it was explained that it didn't mean the money was debited, I was still asked to enter my pin number; I have not been asked to do this at other hotels and it was an unfortunate start to the stay. |

The bed was really comfortable and the facilities really clean We had to wait 40 mins for breakfast, then it was cold and had to send back. Had to ask for tea/coffee and sauces, the bowls had congeled sauce around the edges, The house keeper came into our room at 8am, we were still in bed, this is unacceptable |

Everything about the Hotel was great, could not fault it apart from the location. Would have been perfect if it was a mile closer to Kenilworth, but that really is being trivial. (We still walked the 2 1/4 miles each way everyday!) |

A very pleasureable experience with excellent facilities, staff and food. The cleanliness was also a very noticeable feature. The day and night managers were also very friendly and helpfull. I would certainly reccommend the hotel to my friends and coleagues. Thank you. |

Easy to get to from Kent being just off the M40 junction 15. Betwixt and between Lovely Kenilworth and splendid Royal Leamington Spa and not for from ancient Warwick. Restfull countryside. Easy parking. Comfortable lounge area; beautiful lawns. Breakfast was filling and keeps you going all day. Quick service all round: housekeeper willing to provide extra biscuits; reception staff able to give good restaurants, maître d'hôtel seated us quickly .....Wifi 2 hours "continous" wi fi use. I would like to be able to log on and off for a total of 2 hiurs use. Some hotels give free wi fi use which is helpful to those who use wi fi just to check emails and quick checks for other matters. |

The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. We had to move rooms due to noise and they were very understanding and helpful. I think the hotel could be cleaner than it was. Particularly bathrooms. |

Booked online & didn't know the area at all. Had a really enjoyable stay & would highly recommend & would reuse. Only one small complaint - my companion was registered disabled & although there were disabled facilities in the room, there was only a bath (not a shower) which she was unable to use. |

Very comfortable, stylish rooms with crisp bed linen, thick fluffy towels and immaculate bathroom with quality fittings - good breakfast choice - altogether excellent value for money Not enough comparison between the restaurants in price and choice - the main dining 'river restaurant' fairly expensive and the bar menu not much cheaper or that different in choice - would benefit from a cheaper range in bar (plus a few specials of the day) especially as the seating area a little tired and dated and doesn't warrant the high prices |

We only stayed at Chesford Grange for one night, but thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were exceptionally polite! and really made us welcome, The hotel and amenities could not be faulted and the swimming pool and steam room were most enjoyable. The bar was little quiet and could have benefited with some back ground music, and as a vegetarian I found the food choice quite limited but what I did have was enjoyable. |
