I found the hotel staff extremely polite and helpful, they did not have a problem changing my room when I could not get internet signal. General cleanliness and comfort was fine, though my personal opinion was the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the furniture was a bit 'tired' not much though. I found the breakfast relatively tasteless with very bland eggs (powdered??) and barely cooked bacon and chewy sausages |

The Chesford Grange hotel is ideal for guests staying away on business, with lots of public areas suitable for small group working. |

Disappointed that considering the building work going on no discount was offered in compensation so expensive. |

I liked the old part of the hotel and the grand staircase and, should have the weather been better, the gardens I thought the classic design of the country mansion had been lost with the new sections. |

Hotel staff vey friendly and helpful room excellent. Whilst the bar meal was good quality in my opinion the cost of a burger and chips was very high. |

Hotel staff were very pleasant and food was excellent Was disappointed to find we could not have spa treatments as brochure in room stated that it was open every day but when we tried to book it was closed on day in question |

Enjoyed the food and bar facilities Restaurant very warm for breakfast. Was unable to book in for any treatment whatsoever, for the whole weekend, and chose that hotel for the spa facilities, disappointed there was no availability even for a mini facial, etc. |

Plenty of choice for breakfast, and not made to feel under pressure to rush out of dining room. |

This is a combination of a spa/weekend break hotel and a corporate training centre. So if you want to relax I'd suggest you definately stay at the weekends. It's a great location just minutes from Warwick. Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon. The rooms are modern and comfortable and the swimming pool is a good size. The thing that really sets this place apart is how well it is run and the friendliness of the staff. From the people on reception, to bar staff, to the maid cleaning our room, everyone was eager to please, helpful and in good humour. It makes a lovely change to come across a bunch of people who seem really proud of their hotel and their jobs. |

Staff were friendly on arrival and at the bar. At about 11pm after my wife and I went to see a show nearby we tried 4 times to contact room service as we had had nothing to eat due to our limited timescales, the first 3 times the number just rang and rang and on the foruth occasion an man answered the phone and was adamant that we had dialed the wrong number, we clearly had not rung the wrong number and advised him of this so he advised he would put us through to room service and then the line went dead, consequently my wife and I had no choice but to go to bed hungry. This was most disappointing for a hotel such as yours. |

The long wait for food to be cooked to serve remaining guests at the Buffet Dinner. when dishes were empty. The disco in a separate room where guests not wishing to dance were not able to watch in comfort. |
