Celkem hlucna lokalita, internet pouze na recepci nikoliv v pokojich, dosti nepohodlna postel, miniaturni pokoje.

The service was excelent, very polite! The breakfast was awful. The room and the bathroom were OK but too small and also the wind was blowing into the room through the closed window - obviously the woodwork is too old. The location is excelent.

Fix the windows and provide additional blankets. The breakfast could be improved.

I liked the hotel for being very closed to the places that I moved (walking distancefor many important places). The hotel es in good conditions and have a very good price against quality. Night life close to the hotel is excelent.

the location is excellent but the room was quit smal

Location close to downtown London, also close to restaurants area - good to "drop your bags and run shopping"

Size of the room - I spent quite a lot of time in Japan over the last few years and the hotel rooms are larger there! But it is a bed with clean sheets for the night that counts...

No safetybox in the room or good other alternatives

Clean but all a little tired and aged. Rooms small but typical of central London

I loved the location and the price was amazing considering this and although it was pretty basic it was fine for me.

The heating was up too high with no control over turning it down so we had to keep the window open which was a bit noisy.

It was quite accessible to alll the major places I wanted to go. However, I found the staff attitudes a little..not unfriendly ..more like..whatever.

I found that clients were always the ones who went out of their ways to offer greetings to the staff. One time, we came back at night and had to wait for at least ten minutes before a staff could show up to give me..and a couple of other guests..our keys...The strange thing was that when he eventually showed up, he did not even offer a single courtessy..like, I am sorry for making you wait..he simply gave the keys without saying a thing..as though it was quite a normal thing to do so.

excellent location.. and that's true!oh yes! the breakfast is worth a try!

the room was quite clean and the staff was very helpfull. I also must say that the location of the hotel was excellent.

The room on 4th flooor was very small.

I liked the location of the hotel and that it was a small hotel.

My particular room was in disrepair. Holes in the bathtub, peeling and moldy ceiling, loose toilet seat, night table coming unattached from wall mattress was torn, T.V. worked only on occasion, window shade could not be pulled up Ithink the other rooms may have been O.K. But the did not get to the renovations in my room #203 . Ashley the Manager was sympathetic and offered me a free breakfast, which I do not reccommend. The location made up for some of these problems but it did impact my stay there.
