ive seen better down cardboard city
Pillows were very thin and you couldn't get more than the 2 each in the room, staff suggested going to primary to buy some which we did
Location is really good
The first room we were given was awful really small no ventillation no phone or internet coverage. This was put right second day . Lifts need attention and a kettle in room with tea coffee would be appreciated by many staying there
Nice new on suite bathroom. Small pleasant twin room.
No kettle or drinks.
room pleasant helpful staff
lift no tea/coffee in room
it's very near to everywhere.
poor facilities, very noisy during at night
Perfect location. 5 mins walk to Oxford Circus, 3 mins walk to Soho, 1 min walk to British Museum. Single room is clean, but not so comfortable.
If you are looking for a wifi connection during your stay, do not prefer this hotel. The rooms are extremely small. Surprisingly, the bathroom is bigger than the single room itself.
Staff , room cleanliness, breakfast
Friendliness of the staff, and the location
The mixer tap on the hand basin and the toilet flush mechanism were both hanging loose. There were no signs in the staircases to say which floor you were on. There were no signs in the lifts to say when they were last tested and when they were next due. The costs for the WIFI were so high that I didn't use it.
No tea & coffee in room Rooms are very small room 404 is not a double it is a single with a small double squeezed into a corner. The rooms are very stuffy and in need of a revamp.
The room and locations
The bathroom. The shower was in the bath I reported it but still didn't get fixed. Also the bath had cracks it
- good location - friendly and nice staff - good room cleaning service
- room doors are very near to noisy lift - lift is noisy and needs major repairs - WIFI vey expensive - room is very small
Room was too small. Breakfast was not included which is a shame considering the price we paid for the room !! We were charged to leave our luggage in the store on the day of our departure. Hotel desperately needs refurbishment
They tried to put me in a basement room with no window to start with. They said that they had overbooked so that was my only option. I viewed the room and expressed my disgust so they changed me to another room. Clearly they were trying to get people to go in the basement room with the overbooking excuse. The whole hotel had a dirty feel to it. Will commute rather than stop in this hotel again
The location is great.
There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Location cleanliness helpful staff
-No proper business centre -wi fi availability very expensive therefore I did not use, it should be more rationale and part of price
Poor quality breakfast when compare with their price. Non-working wifi and almost break down lift.
close to the city of London, room clean and comfortable, staff helpful
no free wifi
Very noisy Bed was like a single , I sat on the bed & touched wall to wall , could not really have 2 people in the room at same time , bit of a squeeze ,, couldn't stretch out Bin men at 5.30 dragging bins ! No cooked breakfast on Sunday morn as excuse was , chef is ill .. Pictures on the Web were in enlarged to make rooms dining area much grander &bigger than they were ,, Our stay was for bit of spoil ourselves time , far from it Will def not go stay here again . Very very disappointed .. £150 per night should of been £50 ! Will def not stay again
Very central, good breakfast and services
Lift service because it was either out of order or not functioning well.
Water Pressure Location 24 Reception Staff Pleasant and Helpful Housekeeping daily Hotel has its flaws but would stay there again.
Room small top floor under eves - height issues partner in 5f 11in wifi £12.99 for 1 hour get a grip. detergent used on towels smells(not nice) shower curtain didnt stop water flooding bathroom bed was against wall so going to the toilet in the middle of night is fun.
It stated on the web site that tea and coffee facilities were available in the room but they were not. The room was very cramped but as we only stayed one night we put up with it.
Location of the hotel is perfect. Right outside you can rent bikes and you are in the center in 10 minutes.
Basically the quality and noisness it´s more like a hostel. But what you´re expecting for such a price? BTW: The noise is really extreme :))
It was a great hotel however we turned up at 3 oclock to be given a room that was still being cleaned
Clean hotel for a budget price. a convenient location close to Tottenham tube.
I was of the opinion the staff did not go the extra mile. I called to make ammendments and instead of someone taking ownership of the query I felt the receptionist was trying to hurry me off the phone.
