Excellent Location if you want to walk around you can reach many different areas. Many restaurants/fast food/bar or so available in the district. Great staff, very kind and helpful.
Wifi is not free, the elevator doesn't work very well.
No coffee tea facility's in room
24h restaurant next door.
Bathroom cleanliness was poor. No toiletries. Expensive wifi.
The fact it was close to the theatre.
I booked a double room, when I arrived they said they had only a twin, stuck in London and only an hour till the show we were to c, I had no other choice but to accept. We did get a free breakfast but was not worth the money had we have paid. The room was falling apart, dressing table with no back legs the drawers didn't shut properly, we had itchy blankets, a sink with no plug and it stank. I would definitely say the pics on the website were not of the room we stayed in. An absolute waste of £175.00
Location, location, location!!!!
Tired and rather gloomy surroundings!!!
good location, staff friendly & helpful, bed comfy enough (slept in worse).
Hotel on the basic side, in need of a touch of paint here & there, breakfast poor and no Tea & coffee making facilities in the room.
The area was excellent - it was our second time at the hotel
we booked up months prior, cudnt understand why we wre given a basement room - didn't like the area, so felt cheated for the price we paid - would of been nice to have a window !!
Position was good
Very noisey .shower was leaking onto floor . Breakfast not great . Position was good . Staff friendly . 5 out 10 from me
The staff were polite and courteous.
I was put in the basement room with no light. I felt the room was cramped as they had put a third bed in their which used up all the space...it was difficult to move. also the TV did not work...it was just a place to sleep.
The bed was exceedingly comfortable and clean. I found it easy to find my way about from this hotel having never been to London for years and the tube station is about 2 minutes walk,
I booked a single room - whilst checking in, the receptionist started serving someone else; a new booking. She offered a room rate of £59 cheaper than what I paid on bookings.com. When I mentioned it she basically said it was because I had used bookings.com and continued to deal with the other person. I also booked breakfast and tried to change this due to the fact that the location for too far from the venue in time for me to both have breakfast and get to the training course I was attending. They wouldn't allow me to change the booking so I had to pay for breakfast that I didn't have - another £30.
The room was cold. Within the power overloading heating, electricity did not work even in the night or in the morning and. The hotel staff did not address it. I do not recommend this hotel.

Noise in the street, hairdryer didn't work, room was tiny, health and safety breaches in terms of lighting, no bar, shower wouldn't stay on the wall
The hotel is looking very old and tired. The blinds in our room were falling apart and some of the sockets were hanging off the wall. The photo of the triple room made the room look much bigger than it was.
Staff was accomodating
Check-in at 15:00 and check out at 10:00... We arrived at the hotel at 2pm and could not go to the room as their check-in is at 3pm. We were informed there wasn´t a single room available yet. The staff tried to be accomodating and managed to let us enter the room at 2:30 after we insisted a lot as we had to meet friends in town at 3pm. There is an extra charge for everything... even if you leave your suitcase past 12pm in the lobby after check out! With an early check-out such as this, it is surprising the hotel charges 5 GBP per suitcase if you don´t collect them by 12).
Staff were very helpful, freindly.
No tea making facilities which were a disappointment.
Not a lot...
No kettle, TV did not work, Basement room, no windows. Poor furniture. On check out when we mentioned the kettle/TV to the staff, we were told that the hotel policy is to provide these on request. There was no information indicating this, anywhere and we were not told on check in. Would I stay here again. Absolutely not. I know West End hotels are expensive, but this was very poor indeed. They even charge £5-£10 per bag if you want to leave a bag with the, after check out, so you can explore. The kind of place that gets London a bad name.
just the locality
Bugs in the bed
Location to Dominium Theatre
Room was very small for a double with bed pushed against the wall. Hot water was far too hot and the electricity went off early in the morning so although there was water there were no lights or ability to dry hair.
Friendly staff, clean rooms
Quite small bath and electric went off for lights in the morning
In any case, location is the best not only business but also entertainment. Staff is also good!
Very friendly staff; hotel is 3 mins walk from British Museum and less than that from Tottenham Court tube. Rooms are small but do the job; reception area cramped but it's a good night's sleep, lots of hot water in the morning and a cheerful atmosphere at breakfast.
The price was excessive, but it was a last minute booking which may account for it. But to pay a 4-star price for a (barely) 3-star hotel and not even a cooked brekkie; that was a bit strong.
Spacious bathroom, larger than the room
Everything. Tiny room (5sqm?), owful and slow lifts, internet 12pounds/night to slow even for static pages and often fading. For my reproof I heard: "use it or not - your decision". If you find somethin else in the near - skip this place.
The location was fantastic for what we wanted to do. The staff were really nice. Reception was manned 24 hours a day so there was no problem collecting our room key at various times of the day. The hotel room was lovely. It was nice and compact, quaint looking. We also had the benefit of being away from the traffic.
There was no toilet brush. We weren't willing to pay for Wi-Fi as we felt it could have been included in the price we paid for our two night stay. 3G and 4G on our mobile phones was rather intermittent.
