The room was clean and comfortable, bigger than expected for a single. It was noisy during the night, no double glazing meant you heard everything from the street, it was also very warm which mean you had to have window open as tehre is no air con. |

It was clean and had the basic facilities that I needed for a quick stay in London The room was very small and the window only opened a tiny bit making it very hot and stuffy. I was not happy as a single woman being placed on the ground floor. |

The fact that the hotel was very central to the city and close to the British Museum was good. The outside facade of the hotel looks very good. The hotel room was extremely small and hot. There was a heat wave, the wiondows were very small and there was no place to stand a fan to cool the room down. Most unpleasant room. |

Service personal was friendly and they tried to help. Rooms small, bathroom small but adequate. Windows small and unable to ventilate the room properly - problem with air temperature in summer time. The personal is kind willing to help. Additional fan available on request to cool down the air temperature. |

Handiness to buses at British Museum, near Oxford Street.Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very nice i.e. breakfast The bedrroms were very small, there was no real reception area/bar area. The availablity of drinks machine, e.g. bottle water was lacking |

The hotel is located very near to Picadilly with its restaurants, bars and theaters. The room I had was small but clean. The price was very competitive with other hotels in the neighborhood. Furnishure was old but still functional. Room should best be renovated. 9.5 £ for breakfast is quit expensive compared with the room rate. |

Really helpful and friendly staff; excellent location; ability to store luggage before and after check-in/out; good breakfast; good discount rates available; T.V. cost extra. However, in fact this was only a minor issue for us. We were out all day enjoying being tourists, and would probably only have put the tv on for a short while when getting up in the mornings, for the news/ weather forecast. It was easy enough in the city to access this sort of information from staff/ other people/ etc. |

The personnel was very kind. The position is excellent, less than 5 minutes walking to Oxford Street. The room was clean. The street is quite and the neighbourhood safe. My room was quite small and the furniture was old, the curtain of the window was broken, as well as the light in the bathroom. Howevere the personnel told me that they were going to renovate the hotel soon. |
