Great location, nice staff and good breakfast. Rooms in serious need of up-grade e.g threadbare carpets, very tired furniture, blinds that looked like old rags, bathroom in need of maintenance. quite dissappointing

Nice and helpfull staff, minutes away from tottenham court road the pipelines were very noisy nonstop, so if you are not used to living in an apparment building it will be to much for some

Very little about this hotel to like. The room was very shabby (all furniture was chipped and scratched). The blind was broken and would not stay up so no daylight in the room. No tea and coffee in room. The breakfast was poor and the staff were not very helpful. The sound insulation is terrible and you hear everyone on your floor coming and going.

The staff were very nice and friendly. Good Location. Good reception area and façade. Clean sheets. Very shabby room, threadbare carpet, bad décor, wall paper coming off the wall, paintwork marked and in very poor condition, lamp shades ripped, blinds were falling apart, bathroom - tiles missing, bath panel disgusting. Small breakfast area, no windows opened, very crowded. We expected better for a 3 star rating in London at the cost of £160.00 per room Perhaps hotel should be re-rated. Very disappointed with condition of hotel. Would not stay there again and would not recommend to any friends/family. Be very interested in receiving a response to above.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of London and only 2 minutes walk from both the Tottenham Court Road tube station and the British Museum. Great for Theatre shows with many on your door step. This hotel is in need of a make-over, the furnishings are tired, the room was 'fusty' and the bed was past it's sell by date (springs in my back!). I sort of expected as much, hence the room prices, but it wouldn't take a lot of effort. The staff were friendly enough, apart from the Manager/Owner who was having a slanging match in reception with a fellow guest on the morning of departure!

Location and the fact it's lessa than a minute away from Oxford street , 15 min to picadilly circus . And it's kinda clean Staff are not friendly , not rude too. No one even offered to help me with the bags , they changed my room in the last day of my stay to a bad room , floating mattress. Very uncomfortable. I never stay at the hotel I'm out all day and I didn't try any of the facilities

Great location, very central. We arrived early so they let us store our bags until our room was ready. A good base, clean & basic. Everything is extra, late check out £20 per hour! Luckily it was Sunday so we had an extra hour to checkout. Would stay here again but only for 1-2 night max.

Bed comfortable. Staff Friday morning helpful at reception desk. Breakfast was questionable, I only had toast as no one came to me when I went in but I was not even given a plate and had to use my napkin to lay the toast on. The ladies were friendly but it was very poor. Staff on Thursday at reception, unfriendly, couldn't help with directions, cold personality. Floor in bathroom dangerously polished, everytime you went in you had to hold onto the door to stop yourself sliding and falling over. No teas and coffee or even water.

Staff were young and tried to be helpful. We didn't get a safe and coffee/tea facilities in our room. Rooms were small and cramped. Décor of the whole place was poor with broken tiles, poor painting, faded and worn bedspreads. They ran out of items at continental breakfast. The tv didn't work and heating was jammed at on in first room. Move to second room was only marginally better.

The clean rooms, dinning room, bedroom radiator, deep bath, loads of hot water, good shower, nice bathroom, breakfast, friendly staff, close to station, Oxford Street, Museum and places to eat. Lift looked a bit old, so took the stairs most of the time. Bit of a gap in the window (looks like window slides up in Summer and so when closed cold breeze seems to come through the join)
