good when we had hot water, good when the toilet flushed, good when the staff weren't hammering on the wall after 11pm to make some repairs, couldn't have been serious because they stopped when we confronted them. hot water didn't work some of the time (nothing came out of the faucet), toilet didn't flush some of the time, hotel staff stopped banging on our walls after 11 pm when we confronted them. |

The room (and the bed) was too small for 2. I stayed in the 4th floor, and in front of my window had a wall!! I never see this before.. The reception was not the best: I booked many times cab(1-2 hours earlier), but the cab never arrrive on time, and the reception always told me 2 min more, 2 min more, what is not so nice, then I catch a taxi on the street.. |

The room was small but comfortable, located in a quiet street but less than a 5 minute walk to Oxford Street & Tottenham Court Road. The reception staff were very friendly, polite and knowledgable. For a London hotel, it was reasonably priced. |

The location is very good, very close to the British museum, to the underground, Oxford street. The flow in the shower was very very poor, cold water (think fixed it the day I left). In the check out was surprised to find that I had to pay for using the phone for calls I already payed (only because I was using the line). |

The hotel was in an excellent location. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The bed creaked at the slightest movement so much that we found it hard to sleep because the noise it made kept us awake. |

Would not just turn up at this Hotel as there standard rates are expensive for what you get. Nice and clean, Rooms very small with old but nice furniture. Size of room and a very craky bed but it was comfy. |

The location of the hotel was good for access to shops in Oxford Street, a visit to the British Museum and for the purpose of my visit which was to see my son into his first year at University and getting him into his halls. The single beds were very comfortable but the room size was only just about large enough to take the two of them, let alone open out a suitcase anywhere except on top of one of them! |

Central location for shops and theatres. Bathroom clean enough but badly in need of an overhaul. A bit noisey at night if you open the window. |

it was very handy as we went to a show in the west end,and we did not have to use transport because we could walk. We could not use the tv without having to pay for services.I would like to have use the stairs as the lift was a bit claustraphobic. |
