The location. The bedding (blankets, pillows, bed cover) are in desparate need of cleaning as they have the fug of the previous 1000 people who have stayed in the room. |

Just the location, the fact it was close to the centre was an advantage but was no where near worth the money that i payed for it after seeing how small the room was. no comfort at all. This should not qualify as a 3 star hotel. There simply was was no comfort and huge costs. I would have been far better getting a B&B |

Incredibly close to the main attractions in the area. The upkeep of the rooms. Elements remained broken from previous guests staying, especially in the bathroom the taps and bath front, which could easily have been fixed. |

The location. Nothing else - the hotel itself was awful. Yes. The heater in the bathroom did not work - there was no attempt to even try to fix it. The carpet was sodden - there was a leek under the floorboards. The curtains were filthy and one of the windows did not close. The bedside tables were higher than the bed and we both managed to hit ourselves whilst asleep - I had a blood streaming out of my nose and head and elbow. |

The staff was helpful and serviceminded. The location is great! It smelled bad, like bad detergent, waterpipes screamed like a bad buses breakes, not only the toilets but the other rooms as well its loud! Loose electric cable in bathroom close to shower. |
