Cheshire Hotel by Country Inn and Suites Carlson

地下鉄の駅に近く、しかも閑静。大英博物館も近く、また、SOHOのような繁華街も十分に徒歩圏で便利。価- 格も良心的。

価格の割に、かなり立派なつくり。一方で、洗面所設備の些細な瑕疵や汚れ等で、高級感を損なっていた。一方- で、実用には全く困らない。

地下鉄の駅から徒歩５分。大英博物館も徒歩圏内で便利。ソーホー地区も近い。朝食は日本語を話すスタッフが- 対応してくれた。

部屋が狭い。設備がやや古い。他のユーザーも指摘している通り、愛想の悪いスタッフがいる。

The service was excelent, very polite! The breakfast was awful. The room and the bathroom were OK but too small and also the wind was blowing into the room through the closed window - obviously the woodwork is too old. The location is excelent.

Fix the windows and provide additional blankets. The breakfast could be improved.

convenience to central london

it felt very tired and almost at backpackers expectations.

It was close to all major streets and the Undergound station was two minutes away

Last day on Sunday 15th of November, there was no hot water in the room so my wife and me were obliged to take a very cold shower as we had to move by 9:00 Am to the airport. We have called the reception and advised us that they needed a couple of hours to fix it. Please note that it was also very cold outside.

It's perfectly located in the city centre. Close to all major spots.

Bathrooms could use some renovation.

Clean but all a little tired and aged. Rooms small but typical of central London

I loved the location and the price was amazing considering this and although it was pretty basic it was fine for me.

The heating was up too high with no control over turning it down so we had to keep the window open which was a bit noisy.

It was quite accessible to alll the major places I wanted to go. However, I found the staff attitudes a little..not unfriendly ..more like..whatever.

I found that clients were always the ones who went out of their ways to offer greetings to the staff. One time, we came back at night and had to wait for at least ten minutes before a staff could show up to give me..and a couple of other guests..our keys...The strange thing was that when he eventually showed up, he did not even offer a single courtessy..like, I am sorry for making you wait..he simply gave the keys without saying a thing..as though it was quite a normal thing to do so.

excellent location.. and that's true!oh yes! the breakfast is worth a try!

the room was quite clean and the staff was very helpfull. I also must say that the location of the hotel was excellent.

The room on 4th flooor was very small.

I liked the location of the hotel and that it was a small hotel.

My particular room was in disrepair. Holes in the bathtub, peeling and moldy ceiling, loose toilet seat, night table coming unattached from wall mattress was torn, T.V. worked only on occasion, window shade could not be pulled up Ithink the other rooms may have been O.K. But the did not get to the renovations in my room #203 . Ashley the Manager was sympathetic and offered me a free breakfast, which I do not reccommend. The location made up for some of these problems but it did impact my stay there.
