Месторасположение - идеальное. До Оксфорд-стрит пешком меньше 1 минуты. Рядом метро. В двух шагах от отеля здание Британского музея. В ванной был сильный засор в раковине. Приходилось умываться над ванной. До конца пребывания его никто не пытался устранить. В нашем номере на 3 этаже очень пахло сыростью, хотя в другом номере у наших друзей ничего подобного не было. |

Понравилось только расположение, метро рядом. Нужен срочно ремонт отеля или существенное снижение цен. Комнатушки маленькие, вся мебель старая. |

Комнаты маленькие, но хорошо оборудованные, есть утюг с гладильной доской, кофе, чай, печенье и кипятильник. Моя комната была очень тихая. |

Отличное расположение, близость к центру (Ковент-Гарден, Чайна-Таун), 100 метров от метро Тотенхем Корт Роуд.Возможность выпить чай и кофе в номере (электрочайник, пакетики с заваркой и кофе, сахар, сливки), оперативная уборка в номере, наличие утюга, простота заселения. Желательно, чтобы в зимнее время в ванной комнате было потеплее. Тяжело регулируется нужная температура воды в душе, шланги требуют замены (течь). Но плюсы расположения, 510 фунтов за 8 ночей, достаточно гостеприимный персонал перевешивают все сантехнические минусы |

The service was excelent, very polite! The breakfast was awful. The room and the bathroom were OK but too small and also the wind was blowing into the room through the closed window - obviously the woodwork is too old. The location is excelent. Fix the windows and provide additional blankets. The breakfast could be improved. |

I liked the hotel for being very closed to the places that I moved (walking distancefor many important places). The hotel es in good conditions and have a very good price against quality. Night life close to the hotel is excelent. |

It was close to all major streets and the Undergound station was two minutes away Last day on Sunday 15th of November, there was no hot water in the room so my wife and me were obliged to take a very cold shower as we had to move by 9:00 Am to the airport. We have called the reception and advised us that they needed a couple of hours to fix it. Please note that it was also very cold outside. |

Location close to downtown London, also close to restaurants area - good to "drop your bags and run shopping" Size of the room - I spent quite a lot of time in Japan over the last few years and the hotel rooms are larger there! But it is a bed with clean sheets for the night that counts... |

Location was great and I have stayed there before and was very happy. When I arrived at 3.30pm I was given my key and I entered my room which had not been cleaned from the previous occupent which was not pleasant at all.So I informed reception who did apologise and then proceeded to find the cleaners and ask why it had not been done in front of me which was not very professional. I was told that they could allocate me another room if there was one but they said there wasn't because they were full up and everybody had checked in. This was infact not true because a friend of mine had not checked yet and arrived about 15mins later. I was then told my room would be ready at 4pm so to go away and come back. I think it would have been nice if they had offered me a cup of coffee as a peace offering! |

I loved the location and the price was amazing considering this and although it was pretty basic it was fine for me. The heating was up too high with no control over turning it down so we had to keep the window open which was a bit noisy. |

Excellent location. Ideal for British Museum, Drury Lane, Leicester Square and Covent Garden. Friendly staff. A really good budget option for central London. Bathroom was a bit tatty. The only free TV channels available were BBC1, ITV and CNN. |

It was quite accessible to alll the major places I wanted to go. However, I found the staff attitudes a little..not unfriendly ..more like..whatever. I found that clients were always the ones who went out of their ways to offer greetings to the staff. One time, we came back at night and had to wait for at least ten minutes before a staff could show up to give me..and a couple of other guests..our keys...The strange thing was that when he eventually showed up, he did not even offer a single courtessy..like, I am sorry for making you wait..he simply gave the keys without saying a thing..as though it was quite a normal thing to do so. |
