Paying for internet. But no biggy.
the bed and swimming pool
The restaurant service needs improving as does the breakfast
I like almost every thing
The bed was extremely comfortable. All the facilities are excellent and the staff very accommodating. On a previous trip they allowed us to access our room early, which made all the difference to our stay. They have always been friendly and helpful.
We realised, belatedly, that the room we had been given was in a corner of the building where the drone of, presumably, the air-conditioning duct outside made it impossible to sleep without air-plugs.
all round great hotel with super pool for kids
no free wifi in room - trivial though
Nice big room. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi- loved the fact that we had the whole facility to ourselves!
Bathroom had no radiator- felt a bit cold. Did not quiet understand if there is free wifi or not
The room was amazing, so well presented and the bed was like a cloud wanted to take it home with me and my partner said its the best nights sleep he's had for a while. Food was lovely for both evening meal and breakfast.
The fact I was charged a £50 pound security fee was outrageous but bit my tongue at the time as I didn't want to cause a scene for my boyfriends birthday. I was disappointed with the receptionists manner regarding this matter sounding snide and off hand and very professional staff.
The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel was clean, comfortable and luxurious
the service was exallent .
the bath tub did not drain well same for the sink too.
Helpful and very kind staff.
There was a renovation work in progress in the hotel.
Beautiful hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Would most certainly revisit.
Friendly staff on reception and in the buffet breakfast. Excellent cheese omelette for breakfast. Comfortable kingsize bed
There was a function at the hotel and the room next to us and below us were so noisy all night until 6.30am. There were several people in each room. Surely a duty manager should walk along the corridors a couple of times a night to check on these sort of problems. The reception staff were sympathetic and as a gesture of goodwill gave us a discount. It is a 4 star hotel, but the bathrooms are fairly basic. No fridge or safe in the room. Poor quality hairdryer.
Good location, clean and comfortable rooms, good bathroom and tv. Ice easy to get from bar though guest info pack advises you find it opposite a room numbered 25. Wrong info though. Great pool.
Price of food outrageous. Definitely geared towards a company picking up the tab. Would never pay £15.95 for a breakfast.
King size bed was great Room was nice
Shower wasn't great
Not enough staff in restaurant
the music in the lobby, very nice
Distance to london stratford not too bad
Having to pay for breakfast and the breakfast did not offer much. Tea was served cold very dissapointed
Nothing Staff very poor
Wifi to expensive it shoud be for Free with the price for Room
Pleasant hotel, very clean with friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful. Mattresses were really comfortable.
Booked & paid extra for room with garden view, we had also asked for a quiet room - room 252 was in a recess with no garden view & therefore should not be sold as garden view in my opinion. We didn't ask to move as we had already unpacked. This was raised with Reception on check out & after speaking with the Manager we came to a mutually agreeable solution. Was not impressed that we had to pay for Wi-Fi & found the cost extortionate - £75 per week. We regularly stay in hotels of all costs / star ratings and even places such as Ibis Hotels don't charge for this service.
3 kids & 2 adults, king suite was brilliant. 2 sofa beds and separate king room for parents. Brilliant
Room service was slow to clear, but apart from that a great stay
The duvet was very thin. And breakfast was poor sausages and poor bacon and in general very poor breakfast
You can't fault the staff, very friendly and they can't do enough for you.
It's needing a refurb things are looking a bit dated and tired.
Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely bar and restaurant and leisure facilities were lovely
Pulling out of the car park onto busy roundabout was quite scary
A very comfortable stay in nice, clean surrounds. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable with lovely plump pillows. An enjoyable short overnight break.
Breakfast wasn't great, egg a bit over cooked and dry, bacon a bit hard and dry.
