Friendly and helpful owners. Very clean. Good breakfast. Good position.
Small bathroom (but adequate) with oddly high mirror and shower head.
Excellent breakfast, Bryan and Lisa gave really good advice on places to eat and shop, good knowledge of the City attractions
Lovely hosts. Convenient for Chester centre.
On busy road .
Great place to stay in chester. People are very helpful and friendly. Couldnt fault my stay.
The owners were absolitely lovely and very helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. They were able to recommendsome great places to eat, drink and see. I would definitely love to stay there again.
Lovely big room and bathroom, comfy bed. Private parking.
Choosing what you are having for breakfast and a time slot the night before.
Good proximity to Chester without being too central, cozy room with nice decorative touches, Great breakfast options and well cooked, wonderfully helpful and friendly hosts, and Bryan's ginger cake was a lovely surprise treat! Parting gift was a nice touch!
Nothing, all was good.

Friendly and helpful owners. Good quality breakfast to keep us going all day. Clean and comfortable room in good decorative order. The in-room facilities were just what you need and there was even some lovely home-made cake for us to enjoy.
Friendly, helpful staff Clean rooms and comfortable beds Convenient location Good breakfast
Bathroom in single room 8 (annex) a bit cramped
Great place to stay when going to the races, just a short taxi ride away.No hassle parking, staff friendly and helpful good brekfast
Stayed on the front and the traffic noise disturbed us as it was hot in the room and we needed to open the window
Good value, lovely room, very comfortable, polite and helpful owners, breakfast of a very high standard. We would definitely stay again
STAFF WERE EXCELLENT. NICE WALK INTO TOWN. A CHOCOLATE GIFT WHEN LEAVING!! WOULD STAY AGAIN FOR SURE!
Parking v tight. Single room a little pricey. Nothing else!
We loved how we felt welcome when we first arrived and i had made a mistake when booking and both made it comfortable as possible for us and it was perfect thank you:D
Bryan and Lisa were brilliant and very helpful in all ways ie breakfast choice - where to go in Chester - choice of restaurant nearby ect... A very obliging couple and very friendly who try their best to please you.
Mattress on bed in room 5 is very soft, therefore not at all comfortable. (Room very nice). A pot of fresh coffee to each table would be better than sharing a large pot.
Reasonably priced B&B for a night or two but owners need more experience.
Having to go outside to the room in the annex. I think Chester itself is over-rated. There are much nicer places to stay from which it is possible to just do a day trip into Chester; for example from north Wales or Port Sunlight.
Everything- welcoming, friendly relaxed atmosphere. Lovely clean rooms, comfy bed, great breakfast...... Lisa & Bryan went the "extra mile"...thanks!!!!!
Big comfortable bed Lovely big soft towels Good breakfast - eggs Benedict special was delicious Nicely decorated room Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about Chester
Shower not great - not a power shower as advertised No wifi in room Very small bathroom and window wouldn't open Room quite damp so towels didn't dry off
Location, staff, breakfast
Lisa & Bryan friendly couple. Room lovely and clean. Breakfast excellent, plenty of choice.
Nothing not to like.
Very friendly hosts Home-from-home comforts Good variety of breakfast options Relaxed atmosphere Good locality to City Centre
Only negative was road noise due to having to sleep with window open as hot weather
Arrived later than anticipated - traffic, Bryan & Lisa weren't phased, friendly yet professional; excellent on arrival, lots of useful info provided. Great location. Very informed on the area, lots if info in room. We had Room 7 in the annexe, roomy, spotless, many welcome extras. Comfy quiet nights sleep. Breakfast perfect, lovely dining room looking out at the little church across the road. Lovely touch - home made cake on tea tray on our return. Highly recommended - thank you Bryan and Lisa
Our room number 6 was in the annex and contained a large and very comfortable bed. It was 10 minutes walk away from the Faulkner Inn in Faulkner Street where we had very good meals over 4 evenings.
