The Chester guesthouse was in a good location and we enjoyed our stay which included a delicious English breakfast. The bathroom was spotless and we were able to get a fastrack ticket to the local zoo which saved us time and money!

The staff could not do enough to help. Place is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it.would stay again. There was nothing to dislike. Really enjoyed our stay

Easy walking access to Chester. Close to Hoole shops for necessaries and eateries. Room brand new with King size bed and very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful and breakfast excellent. Nothing.

Warm welcome from staff, local information given which was really helpful nothing was too much trouble Parking ok but manoevering into front space was a bit tricky

Staff were very friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. Would deffo visit again. Everything was great.

Everything was just right for a short break clean and friendly,very good breakfast set you up for the day.Was a fair walk into town but was nice to strech your legs,and if you wanted to taxi back was cheap enough,good eating house across the road.We enjoy chester at any time great for anything you wish to do.

We stayed at the Chester Guest House for 2 nights and found it clean, quiet and the staff very friendly, we had booked a premier room which was on the ground floor it was large and the en-suit bathroom very spacious. We would definately book here again if we visit Chester.

very comfortable room and breakfast was brill . You could have any variations of the menu. The only thing is we had to walk outside to get to the dinning room. When it was raining not good. You need to catch a bus to town or you can walk but it is quite a long one.

Chester Guest House was excellent, bright, clean and warm. Staff were welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were brilliant. All in all an excellent place to stay. great value for money. will definately stay there again.

Central location for our visit to Chester. We were able to walk into the Heritage town centre. The room, breakfast and staff were all excellent.

It is very well located, it is about a 15 minute walk into the city centre. The parking is a bit tight but it is available and I only book places that have private parking. The staff that we met were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was of a decent quality. The room was clean and despite having a front of house room we were not disturbed by the busy road outside. The bathroom facilities were good with a reasonably powerful shower and there was the unusual bonus of very large bath towels. A minor gripe, if you prefer coffee with your breakfast you have to keep getting up to refill your cup from the coffee machine. I drink a lot of coffee in the mornings and found myself getting up four or five times, the cups are small, I would have preferred to have an individual pot of coffee at my table.

Reception lady, very friendly thoughout the stay, and breakfast was lovely The family room was an extension located outside the main house, we thought it felt very damp, the carpet sadly to say was very dirty as was the room itself, but the accomodation is rated as a three star!
