The staff were very helpful and the ambience was relaxed . The room was farly small for a king room. Similarly the bthroom was quite small. |

The location is perfect. Easy to reach everywhere. Hotel staffs are good but not as good as all comments made in your review.Some descreption was not clear and let people misunderstading. |

We had a fabulous time at the Chesterfield. The staff were truly amazing. The hotel is very much like the exclusive club. We therefore often felt that our attire was a tad casual for this hotel. Next time we will remember not to back so lightly and bring our best clothes along. |

Staff, service, food & location Our room!!!! All of the photos on the web page showed beautiful rooms across the range, which swayed my decision to stay at this hotel. The room we got was like none of them. I was disappointed. |

Staff are very friendly and helpful. We booked Weekend offer and could stay in the room till 18:00 hour with no extra charge. Received a complimentary full bottle of champagne and a voucher for afternoon tea. The lobby is very nicely decorated. |

the service was second to none. excellent in every way. very courtious staff. this hotel was not the normal hotel we would stay in as it was for a special treat. but the staff treated us as if we were very special. will definitely try and stay there again. loved it. |

Really nice hotel, and amazing friendly staff. We mentioned it was our three year anniversary when checking in and later that afternoon we found a card signed by a dozen staff members wishing us a happy anniversary - a genuinely lovely touch. Afternoon tea was good, if expensive, but overall we really enjoyed our stay. |

Staff was great and service in general too. Our bed and pilows were very comfortable. Breakfast was really four stars. A lot of details made it quite a charming stay. It is very close to Picadilly and Buckingham Palace. For a couple it is ideal. Next time I would stay in this hotel but probably in a superior room. Our room was small for being 4 stars. Tv needs to be renewed. The bathroom was very very tiny, only one person at once. Fixed shower was not comfortable. No views at all. The lift did not work when we were leaving but staff was helpful with the luggage. |

The hotel is perfectly managed and brilliantly maintained. The spaces are slightly narrow, but the interior designer knew exactly how to solve each small detail. Furniture is great, cleanness and housekeeping is fabulous, staff is always there for you with a smile. Location is in the distinguished district of Mayfair just a few minutes’ walk from Oxford street, Piccadilly avenue is around the block, the green park tube station just across the street. So what else can you need? Thank you for the extended efforts. Just hope the room prices don’t go up further. |

The hotel is lovely. Our room was decorated beautifully and the location is to our liking. We would recommend your hotel to our friends. Would like the choice of a top sheet instead of duvet which we find too warm in the summer |

We loved the Swiss decor and the entertainment at the restaurant. The staff was very nice and helpful and the location was fantastic. My kids and I walked to and from all the great sites in the city and used the free tickets the hotel provided for transportation to ride the small orange transit boats. It was not a good business hotel for my husband. The room had few outlets and a light had to remain on in order for the outlets to work. The Internet connection was spotty and slow. Breakfast was expensive and was disappointing. It was a wonderful place for a family at leisure, though! |
