The hotel staff was very kind and always helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the twin room I stayed was spacious enough for two. Free tea, coffee, and cookies were served every day, and the afternoon tea at the hotel restaurant was really excellent!!! The hotel is very close to the underground station, Green Park, and you can walk to PiccadillyCircus to enjoy shopping there. At the same time it was in the area where the embassies and five star hotels are, so it was completely safe. Great location, excellent service, yet reasonable price! I'd love to come back to this hotel again!

Its location and the quietness at night. It was well appointed but the hotel should provide mini fridges in the rooms and fresh milk would have been appreciated.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel had a family feel to it. Room was clean, service was excellent and location very good. The room was a little small for what you pay but other than that all good.

The old fashioned decor of the hotel was what we mostly liked! Staying at a traditional British hotel was what transformed our city trip from ordinary to extraordinary. The hotel staff made us feel at home!

Staying at the Chesterfield Mayfair was one of the highlights of our trip. The room was beautiful and the staff were friendly. We loved our Christmas stocking filled with gifts that we found on our pillows when we returned to our room Christmas Eve. We will definitely come back.

Very good staff, we remember Chris at the reception and the Restaurant Manager Mr. Lucchini very friendly and welcoming. In our room there was no minibar, may be some other rooms they have it. In any case it was not a problem.

Very nice Hotel, staff very friendly. Very nice room, comfortable bed, fantastic location. The only issue with the room was the noise from the road, the secondary double glazing was not very effective. There was some wind noise throughout the glazing as well.

- Staff was very friendly - Very good location - Breakfast buffet could have had some fresh vegetables, salad and smoked salmon. - Walls were quite thin so when people came back to the room at 2 am, you could hear everything.

The location is wonderful.The staff friendly and accomodating.I Liked the flat screen T.v The rooms are clean The double room I had was not big enough for 2 in my opinion.As I was alone it did not matter too much,but I hate the clothing closets being so close that you have to close one or both, to get bye them to get out or go to the bathroom

Comfort, peace and quiet. Professional friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.Ideal location for a short break. Like many hotels in this part of London space is at a premium and the room, whilst adequate was small.
