The Chesterfield Mayfair  

The hotel staff was very kind and always helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the twin room I stayed was spacious enough for two. Free tea, coffee, and cookies were served every day, and the afternoon tea at the hotel restaurant was really excellent!!! The hotel is very close to the underground station, Green Park, and you can walk to PiccadillyCircus to enjoy shopping there. At the same time it was in the area where the embassies and five star hotels are, so it was completely safe. Great location, excellent service, yet reasonable price! I'd love to come back to this hotel again!

I love being in Matfair so the location was perfect for me. The hotel is really beautiful and shows great attention to the smallest detail. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. I look forward to a return visit.

I have been staying at the Chesterfield for years. When I come there it's like coming home. The staff are great and the hotel has a very warm feel. I like the fact that it is relatively small. The Chesterfield Mayfair is a great place.

The only negative is that the room I was in did not have any draw space to put things away. When I stay some place for 3 nights I like to unpack my suitcase. As it turns out, I was able to use the shelves on the night stand next to the bed.

From the moment of your arrival you are greeted as valued customer. It is as if you had been visiting every week rather that your first visit. For us the location could not have been better. We would certainly stay there again.

Staying at the Chesterfield Mayfair was one of the highlights of our trip. The room was beautiful and the staff were friendly. We loved our Christmas stocking filled with gifts that we found on our pillows when we returned to our room Christmas Eve. We will definitely come back.

Very good staff, we remember Chris at the reception and the Restaurant Manager Mr. Lucchini very friendly and welcoming.

In our room there was no minibar, may be some other rooms they have it. In any case it was not a problem.

Very nice Hotel, staff very friendly. Very nice room, comfortable bed, fantastic location.

The only issue with the room was the noise from the road, the secondary double glazing was not very effective. There was some wind noise throughout the glazing as well.

The double room I had was not big enough for 2 in my opinion.As I was alone it did not matter too much,but I hate the clothing closets being so close that you have to close one or both, to get bye them to get out or go to the bathroom

Fantastic staff and hotel

I liked everything about the chesterfield, it was traditional, not Boutique, it had a lovely lovely feel to the place, it was clean, friendly, and in a great location.
