Zeer beleefd, vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekend ontbijt. Gezellige bar. Prima service. Foto's van luxe-kamers waren heel anders dan de werkelijkheid, volgens ons geen verschil met standaardkamer. Gratis ontbijt is niet vanaf vrijdag tot zondag maar vanaf zaterdagochtend. |

Het is een luxe om in dit hotel te logeren. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het ligt in het hartje van de city. Shoppen en sigthseeing en uitgaan, alles binnen bereik. |

Ligging in rustige wijk vlakbij centrum en goed bereikbaar met metro en bus. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. Wij boekten een speciaal weekend arrangement waar receptie niet van op de hoogte was. Er was geen champagne bij aankomst en ook over de high tea was niets bekend bij personeel. Service hiervan werd apart berekend. |

The food was of a very good quality and a high standard. The prices, very expensive, 2 x orange juices & 1 bottle of water cost £22.19. |

We loved the Swiss decor and the entertainment at the restaurant. The staff was very nice and helpful and the location was fantastic. My kids and I walked to and from all the great sites in the city and used the free tickets the hotel provided for transportation to ride the small orange transit boats. It was not a good business hotel for my husband. The room had few outlets and a light had to remain on in order for the outlets to work. The Internet connection was spotty and slow. Breakfast was expensive and was disappointing. It was a wonderful place for a family at leisure, though! |

The hotel is in one of the most convenient locations in central London and allows one to relax in comfort in a styish and non-glitzy setting. Thoroughly old English. |

One can enjoy a good old time peckless English hotel services for relatively reasonable price, particularly on week-ends. Good area. None. 8 minute walk to the Green Park Subway sation may be a lot for some people. |

Everything. The hotel itself is very luxurious. Its location is good. The level of service from all of the staff we came across was excellent - everyone very efficient and polite. It certainly deserves its excellent reputation. |

Service was excellent! The staff, dining, and room was wonderful! One of the few hotels we stayed at in Europe that offered free internet. The location was excellent. We will definitely stay here again. Would gladly recommend it to anyone. A+ |
