Personalen är mycket vänlig och hjälpsam i alla lägen. Läget i Mayfair är helt suveränt; gångavstånd till det mesta (t.ex. mysiga kaféer i Shepherds Market precis runt hörnet, nära till shopping på Oxford Street, osv, osv) |

allt fungerade mycket bra finns inget att klaga på. Kan alltid vara kul att lyxa till det "Chesterfield suite" Ganska dyrt men det var det värt. |

We loved the Swiss decor and the entertainment at the restaurant. The staff was very nice and helpful and the location was fantastic. My kids and I walked to and from all the great sites in the city and used the free tickets the hotel provided for transportation to ride the small orange transit boats. It was not a good business hotel for my husband. The room had few outlets and a light had to remain on in order for the outlets to work. The Internet connection was spotty and slow. Breakfast was expensive and was disappointing. It was a wonderful place for a family at leisure, though! |

The hotel is in one of the most convenient locations in central London and allows one to relax in comfort in a styish and non-glitzy setting. Thoroughly old English. |

One can enjoy a good old time peckless English hotel services for relatively reasonable price, particularly on week-ends. Good area. None. 8 minute walk to the Green Park Subway sation may be a lot for some people. |

Everything. The hotel itself is very luxurious. Its location is good. The level of service from all of the staff we came across was excellent - everyone very efficient and polite. It certainly deserves its excellent reputation. |

Service was excellent! The staff, dining, and room was wonderful! One of the few hotels we stayed at in Europe that offered free internet. The location was excellent. We will definitely stay here again. Would gladly recommend it to anyone. A+ |
