My wife and I enjoyed our short stay in the hotel, every was as we had expected, and would certainly consider staying there again, sholud the oppertunity arise in the future. We would not hestitate to recommend the hotel to our family and friends. |

We found the staff both friendly and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the meal in the Michelin starred restaurant, and found that the food served in La Brasserie was also to a very high standard. The room was extremely comfortable, and we had the best nights sleep for quite some time. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the television. I would have liked tea making facilities in the room. The hot water was too hot to allow me to wash my hands under the running tap. |

I proposed to my girlfriend during our anniversary stay at the Grosvenor and the hotel experience helped make the weekend magical. Service was excellent, the decor, style and location (below Eastgate clock next to the city walls) were all superb! Having to leave it!!! |

The location is perfect - right in the City Centre - and the 5 star treatment was there as soon as we arrived with our bags being whisked off in one direction while our car was parked for us! The walls were very thin - much thinner than I would expect for a 5 star hotel - and we had a poor nights sleep due to a business meeting being held in the next room until 4 am! |

This was by far the classiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the food in the brasserie was amazing.The room had all the finishing touches of a top class hotel - even though it was their standard room. |

The reception staff and doorman were excellent and helpful. We did not think the dining room staff had the same attitude, although the food and service were good. Loud garish music in the bar area and in the brasserie at breakfast time - no thank you! |

location, staff facilities and room all good.! pricey but it was a 5 star - not sure how it is better than a good 4 star however? we were charged items in the minibar which we did not use. Hotel agreed to refund but after 7 days still nothing seen. |

The beautiful chandelier. The charming lady who greeted us (Alice) The very friendly and knowledgable doorman. I did not like the flowers in reception which were too funky for such an elegant hotel. |

The staff were very attentive and polite and clearly enjoyed their jobs and made us feel very welcome. We were given a complimentary room upgrade. I've never seen such a big king size bed before! The spa was relaxing, the breakfast menu very unique (not just your usual bacon and eggs) and the Simon Radley restaurant fantastic. |

Once we arrived our car was parked for us. Once in the hotel there was everything we needed. When we were ready to leave our car was there, excellent. |

The restaurant was the highlight of our stay (and the reason for our booking) - some of the best food I have seen or eaten. I was also impressed that they did honour the free room upgrade. I do feel that they should provide tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms (which we did not have) as the price of coffee brought to the room was very expensive under those circumstances! |

Staff were excellent, rooms very quiet and very comfortable. Would prefer the continental part of the breakfast to be a buffet, though it was very nice to have freshly cooked eggs. |

The welcome from all of the staff was excellent - the room was clean and very comfortable. Overall everything I expected from a five star hotel. We would have liked to have dined in the main resteraunt but it was ully booked - I think I should have been given the option at the time of booking - or at least been informed of the popularity it. |
