Friendly and helpful staff, Large room, comfortable beds, no noise from within the hotel or from outside. Quiet air conditioning. Excellent breakfast.
Nothing to dislike.

FANTASTIC LOCATION , STAFF FRIENDLY WILLING TO HELP, GOOD FOOD AND BEVERAGES! POOL AND SPA LOOKED OK BUT NOT TIME TO USE?
NOTHING I THINK ALL GOOD!
Staff very helpful Great position for races and shops
Convenient location for visiting Chester city with good facilities.
Facilities, catering, and a great room
Booked the executive room and was pleasantly surprised, at check in that the use of the executive lounge was included. Complementary alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, canapés and snack included. Lovely room, sheets and towels. Top notch all round.
Paying for the car park.

Reception did not advise re booking evening meal so we had to go into chester
Very nice breakfast. Good location. Nice bar area
Room was disappointing. Pool was a little shabby.
Location Friendly staff and the Service was excellent. On site parking Good bar, good breakfast. Good facilities
Surprisingly Staff did not know anything about the open top touring buses - Only a small detail and they did try to find out for us.
2 min walk from chester races (where we went) very close to the town, restraunts & bars
Having to pay for car park
Obviously location. Also a fabby modern hotel. Very impersonal but trendy just what a hotel should be
Relaxing hotel and friendly staff
No milk in room
Everything about it...loved it!!x
Good Location - close to town. decent sized room. very helpful staff.
a bit empty. room very hot and limited ventilation. very average breakfast.
I had never been to chester so I was not sure where everything was but this hotel was In a perfect location and was literally in the middle of everything so no taxis were needed at all throughout our stay. The hotel was really modern and the breakfast was lovely. Would definetly stay here again or recommend it for somewhere to stay when visiting chester. Had a really nice weekend, the staff were absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Thanks so much.

No room in hotel car park
Nothing. Have stayed in better hotels with smaller star rating.
Room - small Had no idea about breakfast, not informed where or when so missed breakfast even though I had payed, only paperwork made reference to executive lounge so when I went to executive lounge, had to dodge around member of staff, who was fussing around and wouldn't move so I could get items. Then I managed to get something I had Warm yogurt, dried up pastries and as I sat down before I'd even started to eat the staff member began to clean up even though it had not reached the time when it was to close. Car park , firstly was not told when I booked that the car park was extra. No disabled places - had to walk through dirty urine soaked stairwell as lift locked and bolted. Bought ticket as was unsure if parking warden would strike whilst booking in, which was a waste of money as had to pay again at hotel reception. All in all totally disappointed with the hotel and I feel it was a waste of money especially as I had payed extra for executive room.
I didn't use the lounge during my last stay, what a mistake. This is an excellent facility and I will be taking full advantage of it during my next visit to the Crown Plaza Chester
The cost of wifi is a bit strong when you get 1/2 hour free when at cheap hotels like Premier inn
A lovely clean hotel, close to the centre within easy reach of shops, bars and cathedral
Slightly disappointed with afternoon tea, it wasn't particularly good value for money
