The spa and swimming pool were fantastic. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was wonderful. We only stayed one night but we wished we had booked more. The little touches in the room (complimentary chocs and water, dressing gowns and slippers) make you feel really special. |

The location was excellent for the City centre - the room was very comfortable and clean - the pool and sauna was nice and relaxing The service in the resteraunt was not quite up to the standard we expected from a hotel of this calibur. I was disappointed that the spa pool was out of order. |

Receptionists were friendly & helpful as were most staff we came in contact with, there were serveral business meetings etc going on but there was no disturbance to ordinary guests. Room was large and comfortable with most amenities provided. We stayed there 20yrs ago when it was Chester International and the chandeliers are still looking good Perhaps we just hit it on a bad night but the food in the restaurant was not quite up to the standard we expected of a quality hotel but breakfast was substantial and all you could ask for . |

The room (an executive suite) was very comfortable including the little touches such as the pillow scents. The staff also went out of their way to replace a wrongly delivered morning newspaper. |

It was easy to locate. Our room was very comfortable, with a nice sized bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and the service very good. Having to pay for the parking when we were staying in the hotel overnight. This is not the case in Europe. The window in the bedroom could have opened a little further to allow fresh air ventilation. I do understand about the safety aspects. |

Spending time with my mum just being and chilling and shopping. Loved the service in Cathedral on Sat at 4.15, yummy tea in hotel then pyjamas on and glass of wine watching Strictly Come Dancing in bed!!! Hen party coming in at 2a.m and 3a.m Standing outside door giggling and trying to dissuade 2 blokes who wanted to join them in their room. Luckily the girls were strong, the blokes left and because of the sound insulation between rooms, I went back to sleep!! I would like the windows to open a bit more to let in fresh air. Sleepy potions left on bed were heavenly X |

The friendliness of the staff and the very good information given. The food was very good and overall the hotel was extremely comfortable and gave ready access to the town and the area around. We were using the hotel as a stop on our way to Nth Wales but the experience was such that we will be back to spend more time exploring the town and surrounding area. I would readily recommend the hotel to friends. |

After being double booked by Oddfellas of Chester, Crown Plaza were very efficiant and quick to accomadate us. The staff were excellent and even gave us a free upgrade to make up for Oddfellas very poor & unprofessional service. Only a small point, and not particularly the Hotel as such, but the Hotel Car Park barrier would not let us out, and left us with a queue of traffic behind us with a constant engaged tone on the help buzzer. |

The entrance/reception of the hotel made you feel like this was a very nice hotel. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The room comtained everything you needed and made you aware that anything you did need would be available. the T.V. wasn't very good |
