Locations was excellent and breakfast was great with plent of choice
Easy parking, quiet hotel.
I can not fault this hotel, the staff were kind and friendly. The room was verry clean and of a good size. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection 10 out of 10.
Couldn't find any faults.
the hotel is really close to perfect, all is good -facilities, new look, location, rooms, cleanliness, fitness center + swimming pool, big parking, bar, breakfasts
WiFi is very poor. In our century of high technologies, the wifi could be faster and without all the authorization steps.
Stayed here a number of times and nothing can be said other than a great hotel and staff.
Very quiet at night. Room was comfortable. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Breakfas excellent.
Wifi - too costly.
Our room was upgraded as better rooms where available, good view form room, bathroom was clean with a good shower. Room service was efficient and great breakfast
Although our room was upgraded it wasn't very big. I wouldn't like a smaller room
Ideal location for city break .Helpful staff.
Mislaid our luggage on arrival. An hour of fretting until it was found. Room cleaning at 3:30 in the afternoon!!! Cheaper parking across the road.
We enjoyed every part of our trip! The staff were fantatsic! It was such a refreshing change to have such friendly staff who all wanted to make your stay a happy one. The breakfast was lovely. On our next visit we plan to stay longer to enjoy the facilities on offer.
£4 taxi to rail station the town is very compact so you can walk every where and circa 1 1/2 hr walk around the wall of the city which offers very good views of the city, lots to see plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants. We went for 4 days, 3 nights and managed a day trip to Liverpool which was also great 45mins train & £7 return ticket. We would highly recommend Hotel with all its facilities and Chester for a great weekend away.
Nothing really: a slight niggle was the fact that you had to go to reception for a breakfast voucher if you decided to have breakfast as well as taking a £25 credit swipe ? could dining and reception not work something out or use your key or card to check in ?. A clear note to say towels provided at swimming so no need to take from room ? and a x section of the entrance/Reception/ground floor, bar, dining ,facilities/ 1st floor /2nd floor etc would help new guests understand the hotel layout as they arrive through the entrance doors.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Good leisure facilities. Quiet at night.
No preserves at breakfast on Sunday morning
Location staff breakfast
Room little dated floors grubby
Me and my partner thought your hotel was lovely , it was really clean the staff were very helpful and the food and drink was really nice

Great location comfortable room good breakfast
Towel rail Fittings fell off bathroom wall
Convenient location, car parking on site a bonus. Lovely clean pool/spa.
The bar and beverages were extremely expensive.
Not worth £140 for one night. The room was very small and basic and only one socket worked for electricals.
Canapés and drinks were a lovely addition with executive room Fantastic sausages at breakfast!
Executive room and bed too small
Friendly staff. Quick check in. Comfortable room. Snazzy decor!
Parking spaces on arrival was very limited
Lovely friendly welcome, wonderfully comfy bed, excellent location for Chester city centre!
Location and rooms and food excellent
Cold food via room service, expensive bar, no wifi
Staff respect for guests esp in dining room in evening. Closeness to city centre. Luxury of hotel
All was good
Super efficient staff, lovely rooms, great location.
Having to move rooms due to loud guests who arrived in a large party. A lot of corridor noise could be heard from the rooms.
Location was excellent. Rooms were more than adequate and decent buffet breakfast.
