Die grossen, luxuriös eingerichteten und ruhigen Räume, die Kingsize-Betten. Das Mews-Appartment, welches wir anstelle der gebuchten Penthouse-Suite erhielten war äusserst ruhig. Die Küche enthielt alle Lebensmittel für ein kontinentales Feinschmecker-Frühstück, das man in den eigenen Räumen ungestört geniessen kann. Spätester Check-out um 12:00. Die fehlende Aussicht, von der gebuchten Penthouse-Suite. Das "Upgrade" in die höchste Preisklasse vor Ort (Mews App.) war ja schön, nur hätten wir lieber die Aussicht gehabt. Es war aber keine Penthouse Suite frei. |

die suiten sind ausgesprochen gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, küche und bad sind komfortabel. die lage innerhalb von edinburgh ist sehr gut, in einem ruhigen viertel am rande der newtown. das frühstück, das angeboten wird, ist nicht besonders abwechslungsreich. es wird am vorabend für den gast in die küche gestellt, das ist sicherlich nicht jedermanns sache! |

freundliche hilfsbereite Hotelmitarbeiter, gute ruhige zentrale Lage, kostenlose Internetverbindung. Frühstück wurde nicht serviert, man mußte es selbst zubereiten. Wenig Auswahl, vorhandene Zutaten enttäuschend, nichts für Feinschmecker. |

Upgraded suite. Fantastic facilites with kitcen, bathroom with TV above bathtub -and two very nice bathrooms with showers connected to the bedrooms. Nice big kitchen, flatscreen TV's, and very friendly staff. |

My partner & I do not get very much time together as we both own businesses. This was perfect! for a relaxed, luxurious romantic weekend, wish we could have stayed for a month. We will return. Exceptional accommodation matched by service & location. |

I loved the Chester Residence, I cannot fault the hotel, staff and facilities were top quality, would definately stop here again Pure luxury. Yes it make my house look like a dump and is going to cost me lots to do my house up. |

This may be the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The quality of the room was surpassed only by the quality of the service. Absolutely perfect. We didn't want to leave to room to go sightseeing! |

An amazing way to stay in a luxurious suite/apartment in the West End of Edinburgh. The rooms were beautifully designed with all mod cons and we ended up staying in rather than going out on our second night as we didn't want to leave. Staff were wonderful and offered all conveniences we could have hoped for. |

We loved the privacy and the space of the apartment. it was vey clean and "new" looking. Overall, a very nice appartment. When we first arrived, the sockets tripped and we had to iron and use the hair dryer on the landing! Also, there was no air con, and the room was very hot at night, fans would have helped. However, the staff were very helpful and apologetic and this would not deter me from staying again. |

Chester Residence is a truly luxurious place to stay. Every need is catered for and the staff are very helpful. It is handy to the centre of Edinburgh too so we were able to walk to all the attractions. |

I liked the furnishings and fittings. It was very comfortable and user friendy, I liked that there was an ipod attached to a sound system which had pleasant music. I also liked the range of continental breakfast that was made available in the kitchen. |
