Sin lugar a dudas, la cama, la tranquilidad y la zona muy buena. La amabilidad de la Srta. de la Recepción.Quizás demasiados m2. desaprovechados, pero un lugo de suite!!!! No hay canales españoles en la TV. Solo canales ingleses. No se puede uno conectar a internet. Desayuno pobre para la calidad del hotel. |

El departamento en que nos alojamos era super espacioso, con dos habitaciones y living, excelentemente bien equipado. Camas y baños muy confortables. Muy limpio. Buen desayuno. De acuerdo al tamaño del departamento, debería tener una heladera más grande y una mesa de mayores dimensiones para comer. |

Magnífico apartamento. Decoración moderna. Completísimo de electrodomésticos. Silencioso. Zona muy tranquila. Vaya, para quedarse a vivir Por decir algo quizás que no esté más cerca del centro (que tampoco es que esté muy lejos) y que tuviera más cerca bares o tiendas. |

Impresionante. Muy por encima de las espectativas. Mi novia estuvo todo el tiempo con la boca abierta mientras que el Director nos explicaba como fucionaba todo. El mejor alojamiento que he disfrutado nunca. Quizá la limpieza del baño no estaba en consonancia con el resto. |

Amplitud del apartamento, mobiliario cuidado, cocina completa, desayuno agradable, personal agradable, barrio un poco alejado del centro pero tambien muy agradable, bonito, limpio, cuidado y seguro. Apartamento de 70 m2 aproximadamente, para 2 personas En el cuarto de baño olia un poco a tuberia |

Excelente decoracion,grandes espacios,limpieza.Es muy relajado y en una zona centrica y tranquila.Cualquier cosa quwe necesitas el personal te la proporciona Hayb que sellar las tuberias de los inodoros |

Upgraded suite. Fantastic facilites with kitcen, bathroom with TV above bathtub -and two very nice bathrooms with showers connected to the bedrooms. Nice big kitchen, flatscreen TV's, and very friendly staff. |

Quite simply the best place we have ever stayed. Imaculate, spotless and well thought out. Staff could not do enough, brilliant. Very definately 5 star. Wish we didn't have to leave. |

My partner & I do not get very much time together as we both own businesses. This was perfect! for a relaxed, luxurious romantic weekend, wish we could have stayed for a month. We will return. Exceptional accommodation matched by service & location. |

I loved the Chester Residence, I cannot fault the hotel, staff and facilities were top quality, would definately stop here again Pure luxury. Yes it make my house look like a dump and is going to cost me lots to do my house up. |

This may be the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The quality of the room was surpassed only by the quality of the service. Absolutely perfect. We didn't want to leave to room to go sightseeing! |

An amazing way to stay in a luxurious suite/apartment in the West End of Edinburgh. The rooms were beautifully designed with all mod cons and we ended up staying in rather than going out on our second night as we didn't want to leave. Staff were wonderful and offered all conveniences we could have hoped for. |

We loved the privacy and the space of the apartment. it was vey clean and "new" looking. Overall, a very nice appartment. When we first arrived, the sockets tripped and we had to iron and use the hair dryer on the landing! Also, there was no air con, and the room was very hot at night, fans would have helped. However, the staff were very helpful and apologetic and this would not deter me from staying again. |

Chester Residence is a truly luxurious place to stay. Every need is catered for and the staff are very helpful. It is handy to the centre of Edinburgh too so we were able to walk to all the attractions. |

I liked the furnishings and fittings. It was very comfortable and user friendy, I liked that there was an ipod attached to a sound system which had pleasant music. I also liked the range of continental breakfast that was made available in the kitchen. |

It was like home from home! The staff were lovely. The accommodation tranquil, top standard and very private. Great stay there and would like to use the Chester Residence again. |
