Fantastisch appartement. Splinternieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs televisie in de badkamer, geluidsinstallatie van de hoogste kwaliteit etc etc. Volledig uitgeruste keuken voor degene die dit zou wensen; |

I loved everything about our stay at the chester residence. I did get a bit of a shock that there was no lift and we were in the penthouse, but if I had thought about it, it was obvious that there would not be one in a lovely town house like that!! It was an excellent choice and it made my partner's 40th Birthday very special. The staff were lovely and "normal" and they seemed to be happy at their work!! I would DEFINATELY go again and have told all of my friends and colleagues what a great place it was too! |

Absolutely fantastic accommodation. We loved it, especially the space, the surround sound system and the plasma screen! Beds also very comfortable. A real 5 star experience! Breakfast was cold as it was transported from across the road. |

Eating out and shopping in Edinburgh city centre Very minor point, but it seamed that a lot of the rooms checked out at the same time, so there was quite a long queue and check-out did take quite a while as there is only a single receptionist (who was very pleasant though) |

Upgraded suite. Fantastic facilites with kitcen, bathroom with TV above bathtub -and two very nice bathrooms with showers connected to the bedrooms. Nice big kitchen, flatscreen TV's, and very friendly staff. |

Quite simply the best place we have ever stayed. Imaculate, spotless and well thought out. Staff could not do enough, brilliant. Very definately 5 star. Wish we didn't have to leave. |

My partner & I do not get very much time together as we both own businesses. This was perfect! for a relaxed, luxurious romantic weekend, wish we could have stayed for a month. We will return. Exceptional accommodation matched by service & location. |

I loved the Chester Residence, I cannot fault the hotel, staff and facilities were top quality, would definately stop here again Pure luxury. Yes it make my house look like a dump and is going to cost me lots to do my house up. |

This may be the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The quality of the room was surpassed only by the quality of the service. Absolutely perfect. We didn't want to leave to room to go sightseeing! |

An amazing way to stay in a luxurious suite/apartment in the West End of Edinburgh. The rooms were beautifully designed with all mod cons and we ended up staying in rather than going out on our second night as we didn't want to leave. Staff were wonderful and offered all conveniences we could have hoped for. |

We loved the privacy and the space of the apartment. it was vey clean and "new" looking. Overall, a very nice appartment. When we first arrived, the sockets tripped and we had to iron and use the hair dryer on the landing! Also, there was no air con, and the room was very hot at night, fans would have helped. However, the staff were very helpful and apologetic and this would not deter me from staying again. |

Chester Residence is a truly luxurious place to stay. Every need is catered for and the staff are very helpful. It is handy to the centre of Edinburgh too so we were able to walk to all the attractions. |

I liked the furnishings and fittings. It was very comfortable and user friendy, I liked that there was an ipod attached to a sound system which had pleasant music. I also liked the range of continental breakfast that was made available in the kitchen. |
