Room was clean & airy. Staff very pleasant. easily accessible

The Cleanleness of the hotel and friendly reception.
Very squeaky floors it was like we had a heard of Elephants upstairs from us.
Noise from room above and creak of floorboards above. Soundproofing not very good
Giant room, modern spacious bathroom, very kind and friendly staff, fantastic location
Creaky floors, very loud main road outside
The staff were so helpful My 7 year old boy loved the fact you can see old Trafford through hotel window. Took us 2 minutes to get to Old Trafford Buses everywhere Taxis reasonable & friendly Great value for money.
I cannot fault the hotel. Nothing about it was bad.
This was our 4th stay at Chesters over a 14 month period, this time to visit the Christmas Markets. We always try and book a room on the top floor overlooking the Chester Road. The sunrise on both days was fabulous and we were above any traffic noise. All the staff always welcome us with open arms and they really look after my wife as she recovers from her cancer operation. We stayed in room 24 which is of a good size and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast is cooked to order and is always hot and a large plate full. I chose the Christmas Festive Dinner - again a plate full and cooked fresh. My wife equally enjoyed her steak which was cooked exactly to her taste. For the price of the room and the meals the value is excellent. The bus stop is only 5 mins walk from the hotel with a frequent service to Piccadilly. We will stay at Chesters again for our next trip to Manchester for the cricket.
Stayed 3 nights for a midweek break with my daughter. There was a slight issue with the booking but the staff apologised for their mistake and it was resolved. Lovely staff, very nice room and good food and a great location for our trip.
I stayed at the Chesters Hotel for 3 nights and have to say it was excellent. Room was on the top floor with a nice view The staff were the best ,very very helpful and did go out of their way. Thanks you so much
Friendly staff and great location
Well placed for the conference venue. Quiet room even though on a busy route.
Great location, receptionist helpful, rooms clean and warm and comfortable, bathroom clean and modern.
Kept awake between 3am and 5am! yes it was Christmas party season but aside from general merryment we heard every footstep, every piece of furniture moved, every door opened sounded like a herd of elephants above us. Impossible to sleep so would not stay again.
Hotel in great position for our visit to the Cricket ground and Old Trafford; Good cooked breakfast Friendly staff Lots of hot water! Free WiFi available (and I didn't have to ask for it!) Comfortable large room
Room facing traffic but wasn't too intrusive; No room safe; Weak WiFi in room but OK in bar area;
