Nothing at all
It's very convenient for football and cricket ground, rooms are big and vegetarian breakfast excellent. Nice, large bathroom. Plenty of parking space Staff are very very helpful and polite
The front rooms are quite noisy being on the main road, so take ear plugs or opt for a back room.
very clean good location good value for money
Clean and comfortable did the job at the right price
needs to say access for parking at rear of hotel
The bedroom and bathroom were cosy and clean.
the restaurant was closed by 9.30pm and the bath towel was rather small, even for me !!
friendly staff, easy access to 24 hr Tesco's, clean, bath and shower
Snoring from next door, creaking above my head
Good price, there was a bar and restaurant although I arrived late so did not have chance to sample these.
I stayed in room 26, and I think every floorboard squeaked as did those in the next room. I heard every movement from room 27, including switching on and off the plugs. I don't think this room had been used for a while because there was a thin layer of dust over the cabinets, but the bedding was clear and comfortable and the bathroom was nice.
Room was extremely large although very thin walls so able to hear a few night noises. Bed was very comfy with quality duvet covers & pillows. The staff were friendly and helped with location questions and things to do.
location was great, public transport accessible, pubs near by, Manchester united football ground on doorstep, hotel staff were very polite and friendly, food was superb and waiters were very attentive
bed was basic and uncomfortable and sound proof was an issue above us we could here and felt like they were walking in our room at times woke thinking someone was in our room,
Good location.Friendly staff.Excellent cooked breakfast.
Breakfast and staff
No pressure in the shower
great location for my purpose, good breakfast and fair prices, will use again
close to old Trafford.
the fire alarm went off the two mornings we were there at 8.30 on both mornings , was this because it was match weekend and they wanted everyone out??????
5 minute walk to old Trafford close to tesco macdonalds everything u would need breakfast was lovely & the gentleman serving would deffinatly stay again
The lady on reception when we checked in wasn't very friendly or helpful the shower was poor took a long time to just get wet as the pressure was very low
Closeness to football, cricket grounds & media city.
Lack of local amenities
Room, food, staff, all excellent.
Very noisy!!! The TV remote and telphone (which didn't work) were filthy. The door handle was bented and the door scrached like it was a fight in the room.
Really good hotel excellent location and staff. Room 1 was good standard
creaky floor boards made a bit of noise from room above and in the room. Managed to sleep ok though.
Everything except WIFI. Very clean, spacious and comfortable room in a wonderful location for the purpose of our visit.
It was never said that WIFI is not guaranteed as we booked. It is very poor in the room and the lady at the desk told us that "they don't guarantee WIFI in the room" as we checked in.
Big car park, friendly staff, easy to find, very clean, plenty of hot water and decent shower.
Bed not too comfortable, restaurant wasn't open as it was Sunday.
The rooms have recently renovated bathrooms that are well equipped and finished. The property is well located and offers a good breakfast. Car parking is good.
The bedrooms had very creaky floors and whilst the beds were comfortable the quality of sleep was poor where people in the room above kept moving around until the very early hours. I was kept awake at 3am in the morning hoping the people above would go to bed or at least stop walking across the room. WiFi was not available in the room I was in, so worthwhile asking in advance. Read the fine print carefully as there is a £25 charge for putting in an extra bed which makes a big difference as you might have chosen the Premier Inn instead had you known all costs up front, the management was flexible enough to accommodate my family so no issue here.
Comfortable bed. Helpful staff.
Access to the front of the building gate locked.
Big rooms with full bathroom Location Free parking Restaurant on site
Only minor complaint it was very noisy from creaky floorboards and road noise but will just take earplugs next time.
Wi-fi did not work
The rooms are very big and clean. Bathroom well finished. Good value of money.
Morning staff(skinny lady) is the rudest person I have ever met. The hairdryer broke down and she was very impatient. She even shouted at me. I don't think any guest should be treated like that. I would spend more to get better service next time.
