In the heart of the beautiful Georgian city of Bath, this fine Edwardian detached house offers an enclosed garden, free private parking, free Wi-Fi and 5 superior en suite rooms. Chestnuts House has a wonderful location from which to enjoy the historic city of Bath. The house is situated off the main roads and next to Henrietta Park, but it is just a short, level stroll from the city centre, with its many attractions, restaurants and excellent shopping centre. Private off-street parking is available for guests. The house boasts 5 excellent en suite guest rooms, some with king-size and wrought iron beds. All of the rooms are bright, comfortable and spacious. Each room has recently been refurbished and all have been tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished. The rooms have flat-screen TVs, CD and DVD players, radio/alarm clocks and tea/coffee making facilities. Free broadband Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available in all the rooms. Guests have use of the houses gardens and a cosy lounge, which has Sky TV. A generous cooked breakfast is included in the price. Warm, contemporary and attractive, Chestnut House is run by your hosts, Toni and Dawn, who pride themselves on offering superb hospitality in a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. With just 5 rooms, you can be sure of a friendly, personal service and a warm welcome. Breakfast!!!! So good. A lovely serve yourself part and also a freshly cooked option of your choice. Luxury toiletries and fluffy towels were very nice. Room was lovely, bed comfy. Wish we'd stayed longer to enjoy it more.

The staff were lovely, the bedroom clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was delicious. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again. We were in room 1, and we had a lot of road noise. Breakfast was from 8:30 to 9:30, it might have been nice for it to run until 10.

The location was perfect. 10 mins max walk into the city. The house was lovely and clean and the gentleman host was really accommodating. The room was a little too close to the eating area but it didn't spoil our stay.

Very friendly and informative welcome from host, nothing too much trouble. Great location for all Bath has to offer. Car stationery for whole of stay (parking challenging). Luxuriously appointed rooms very comfortable and quiet. Some of the best breakfasts we have ever had cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend and will return. No complaints apart from bitingly cold February weather

Every thing !!!! Tony was an excellent host and the room was beautifully decorated and clean, the breakfasts were a real treat. Very easy walking into Bath and to the railway station.
