It looks like a hotel of a higher rating and grade - great restaurant However, it lacks attention to detail - the small things that would make such a difference |

Ambience: the possibility of being peaceful and undisturbed in very pleasant surroundings, while having easy access to normal hotel facilities. My room offered exactly the right balance between providing some workspace with good internet access and a few days' retreat. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I felt the restaurant and the menu - though not the staff - was expensive and a little pretentious, and the cooked breakfast a little disappointing. But nothing serious. |

Countryside, main building and Spa The rooms are a disgrace and need a complete overhaul. Fittings were falling off, the room was damp - we stayed for 3 nights and our clothes smelt of damp when we got home' Lodge design is nice, but not great when the weather is bad. Spa is ok, but again in need of a good dose of bleach. |

The food was very good and staff also. Pool facilities were good too The room was supposed to be executive - sorry but it was not at all clean, cobwebs, dust, and outside was shocking. I realise we were under trees and the setting nice but it should be cleaner |

The staff were friendly and helpful and the leisure facilities good. The cleanliness of both our room & some public areas was not particularly good, and the plumbing needed addressing. |

The location was very pleasant and excellent for walking/hiking. The food was very good. Some rooms were rather dark with not much natural light. Bed rather hard. |

I came to the hotel with my partner for a weekend treat and just stayed the one night. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the leisure facilities and were able to use them after we had checked out. Hotel staff allowed us to set up a bbq outside our cabin which was great. We really liked the cabin-style room, it was very cosy and setting/surroundings were lovely. The chair in the room was a bit dirty and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. My partner and I used the gym facilites but it was very small for more than a few people. |

The grounds were nice as were the dining facilities. Meals were a bit pricey, and the hotel room was small. Because it is in the country alternative dining options are somewhat limited. |

Location was very convenient for the airport but a very lovely setting beside a lake over which the restaurant looked. Lighting in the rooms was quite poor and for ladies applying make-up this proved a little difficult. |

it was a nice friendly atmosphere however i didn't have time to see all the facilities as we had to be out of our room at 11 we managed to get it for good value however i think £120 for a standard double is expensive no the hotel was lovely wish i could have seen more i would not have paid £120 for a standard double but then again i didnt get to go into the spa area |

unique back drop and log cabin design. Lovely peaceful location and relaxing. The spa/ pool was a little disappointing - not very luxurious - very basic. |

Positioned at the end of a long dramatic drive, surrounded by a hundred acres of woodland and manicured lawns. Wood Hall is extremely well located. Close to Leeds, Harrogate and York. |
This family-run hotel is tucked away in a residential area but still within easy distance of Leeds and Bradford, and is renowned for its service, friendliness, excellent cuisine and hospitality. |
Set within 9 acres of parkland estate and built around a 17th century manor house, Weetwood Hall offers extensive 4-star hotel services and facilities, along with a conference centre. |
Amid 3 acres of grounds (complete with rabbits!), this modern hotel offers a leisure club and beautiful views of the surrounding area and Yorkshire Dales. |
