Situated in Kings Waterfront, next to the Albert Dock and directly opposite the Echo Arena and ACC Liverpool, Jurys Inn Liverpool is also a 5-minute walk into the city centre.

Atlantic Tower by Thistle overlooks the dock front, with views of the River Mersey. The modern accommodation is just 10 minutes’ walk from Albert Dock and Liverpool One shopping complex.

Room could do with a fresh look - But everything worked including the WiFi
Good pub grub and drinks Friendly Staff Good Bed and nights sleep
We had no complaints about our stay here
Helpful staff very accommodating. Good prices at the bar. We didn't have dinner here but from what we saw it looked popular with the locals on Saturday night and breakfast was a decent plateful.
Some of the areas e.g. Stairwell could do with decorating. That said, has to be tempered with the age of the building.
Very quiet area
Some dirty on the cutlery in the morning was the only bad thing. We are not very squeamish.
Nice and quiet neighborhood in one of the elegant part of Liverpool. Old building with a medieval historical scent. Decent breakfast, nice pub in the hotel.
A bit far from city center but bus stop was a few minutes walk.
Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Room could have been a bit cleaner, as there were cobwebs in the windows and bathroom could have had a bit more shine.
Staff were friendly, bed was comfy and in nice area with car park monitored by camera. Breakfast was good.
Proper pub with good atmosphere and a decent pint. Food is ok as well. Comfortable and convenient for the area.
A very very minor point, I am a vegetarian and asked if they do a cooked breakfast. They said yes they do, but I was expecting veggie sausages etc. however I ended up with a grilled tomato, two hash browns, beans and some toast. To be honest though, for the price I can't complain and to them, that probably is a vegetarian cooked breakfast. There were plenty of croissants, cereal and yogurt to help myself to on top of that so I was actually happy with breakfast. I had a quick look at what some of the meat cooked breakfasts were like and I must say they looked very good.
Even though the hotel is not in the centre of Liverpool it is a short bus trip into the city centre. I paid half of what hotels in the centre were charging and even got cooked breakfast. Most other places were charging, guesthouses notably were charging as mush as £30 more than this place and were not even including breakfast. The room was clean with plenty of tea, coffee- even Ovaltine
noise level in room 1. possibly over the kitchen and back entrance of the pub. noise from clattering bottles and frequest loud noise which sounded like a water tap turned on full. This went on until after midnight. I would request a different room next time. Heating not working so room was cold on arrival. we used the plug in radiator.
good location. free parking. comfortable room. friendly staff
Food closed too early no other option to eat at the hotel
Cleanliness of the hotel
We stayed in room 1 please do not stay in this room. It has the main boiler for the hotel in it and it is very noisy. The bed is not that big and the windows need to be dusted behind the curtains. We ordered food it was average but we didn't wait long even though it was busy. It did become very busy later.
When we told the owner he did reduce the rate. The breakfast was good.
hairs in shower and breakfast. freezing cold room on arrival. dirty window frames and dusty surfaces. noisy boilers right next to bedroom. slow .weak showers and brown tile grout. Late noise from bar downstairs
comfy bed. ok evening food friendly evening bar staff
On one of the 3 nights we stayed there was an issue with noisy people in next room. We were compensated for this. We would definitely stay there again.
Friendliness/helpfulness of staff, reasonably priced good selection of food and drink. Lovely setting and easily accessible for local transport.
Old charming building with decent standards. Comfortable beds, breakfast made on order and a friendly atmosphere. We definitely recomend this hotel.
Where to start... Firstly there were bits all over the floor, so it had not been vacuumed. The bathroom area smelt disgusting. The main down side and this was a big one, was that there was only ONE plug hole in the whole room. I searched every nook and dirty crevice and there was only one. All the electrical appliances were wired directly into the wall. I stayed during a bitterly cold night and the room was very cold on arrival. There was an electrical oil heater in the room which did throw out a bit of heat, but the wire was so short and with there being only one plug, only one side of the room seemed to heat. In addition, as there was only one plug hole, I had to unplug the heater to charge my laptop and use my straighteners! So there was a choice of heating OR charging laptop which I needed to do for work. I didn't complain on the night because I just got into bed to try and keep warm and in any case there was only one plug in the room so complaining wouldn't have changed that. Very disappointing especially as this place had good reviews
Good location with parking Building looks great - like a castle/abbey. There seemed to be a good atmosphere in the bar downstairs and the menu seemed varied. Breakfast - a mixture of self serve and waiter service was fine, but dining area was not very welcoming.
Heating was limited in bedroom and had to ask for it to be turned on. Room had broken window pane of which was drafty and very insecure, very easy for injury to occur. Room set up with cups and drinks for two people, however room was for three people with three beds, and three of us were booked in. hair dryer not working, kettle hardly worked and flex of kettle filthy. breakfast really poor quality. Very disappointing and would not use this place again.
Couldn't have a shower...no hot water in the evening or morning. Manager advised me to run the tap for 20 mins...still no joy. so much for trying too save the planet!
The staff were friendly enough
Heating lack of Food abysmal Flat beer Breakfast Actually everything
The bed was comfy, and the breakfast was good
The staff were very friendly and tried their best to make our stay comfortable.
leaving,,Wished that i was able to stay longer.
Friendlieness of staff
Childwall Abbey is clearly a very popular local pub and all the customers were happy and welcoming.. For an informal stay with good food it is excellent.
Up on business, it's very good for what I need. Reasonable cost, decent food and drink and pleasant staff. Don't expect five star, but it's so much better than the run of the mill.
Only one person serving breakfasts, so a bit of a wait
The location and the building are excellent. The pub was very cosy, and especially with all the Christmas decorations. Had one of the best night's sleep ever. Staff very friendly and helpful
We liked everything about this hotel, clean, friendly, comfortable, handy location will def return
