Score from 990 reviews Good
busy and little sparse
Free drink as keycard not working
Asked for double got single bed
The staff were friendly
Very basic budget rooms.
I enjoyed the facilities
The fact that the resturant wasnt open for dinner at the weekend
The receptionist on the afternoon shift was very helpful
Being told there was room service and then being told I had to come down and collect my meal because they were busy There was no parking spaces because the large room in the hotel was being used for a local boxing match, hotel lobby was packed out The TV which is about 100 years old was sat on the table I wanted to use to complete some work, ended up leaving my work A fight erupted outside in the early hours of the morning, guess they were taking tips from the boxing match Breakfast was cold and not appealing at all.
Very comfortable room, all details thought out for value of room:) What I really likeed was that I could open the window on the third floor:)
Cant think of anything!
Reception staff uninterested, room cold, WiFi not working, TV remote not working, room and bathroom shabby and dirty, hotel seems to be a DSS B&B (screaming children at 11:00 pm), evening meal cold - as was the breakfast, NOT near the airport.....I could go on but you get the point!
close to airport easy access to M1
TV didn't work again
There was a price mixup which is why i stayed at this hotel. It is very very basic and i wasnt comfortable with the cleanliness. Arrived at 11pm and departed 5am. Expected more for such a short stay.
Staff - friendly, remembering me from previous stays.
Food - mushrooms over cooked had to have new ones.. second lot nearly the same.
Nothing Staff in general were helpful
Restaurant food inedible Mattress springs protruning Bathroom filthy Door lock failed - locked out of room for 15 mins Couldn't check out because system was down Traffic noise
It was convenient for work
The place appears to be quite shabby and in need of updating.
Everything was good had a very nice stay
No issues with car parking
Room very poor for money will not use hotel again
Bathroom dirty, and water damaged Some serious redecoration needed in hotel. Bedroom cold Twisted ankle on pot hole at bottom of steps outside entrance I would only stay if really don't have any other options.
Close to Motorway Shower was good Friendliness of staff
Friendliness of staff, really helpful
Shower fittings needed maintaining- very loose and water everywhere. Lighting in bedroom is minimum. Light needed over the main mirror and kettle area. Only 2 coat hangers Mattress very uncomfortable
Location. Value for money. Ample parking. Choice of breakfast.
Hotel needs refurbishment
Bedroom and bathroom decor and cleanliness leaves something that needs serious attention. Decoration and general condition of bath surround, windows etc. Deffo in need of a serious refurb...
Doesn't accept payment in Euro. For an "Airport" Hotel this flexibilty can be expected. Especially if no Exchange Office is near.
location was convenient, staff always helpful if ineffectual....was moved when TV didn't work in first room to a 'junior executive' room which had a more comfortable bed at least.. breakfast was good though the scrambled egg a little dehydrated.. 'could be so much better if the listed facilities actually * WORKED*
TV's in rooms didn't work,'my first room had no working channels, the second just ITV(!)..was suggested I used my iPad to stream TV but the Wifi was so poor I was impossible to do anything other than check email or Twitter and this was slow and frustrating,so doing any work done wasn't practical..
Staff very helpful. Once I complained about original room, I was moved to a renovated room on 2nd Floor, which was warm, comfortable and with nicely equipped modern shower and bathroom.
First bedroom offered (on 3rd floor) had not been renovated. Goldfish bowl windows with no net curtains for privacy. Room was freezing and heating could only be operated centrally from reception. TV had no reception.
- location - parking avalibility - Wi- fi
- service - cleaniness
The bit before i went in
The whole thing... Except for staff who must have to put up with complaint after complaint for this below average hotel
