Nice hotel, although we booked as park of a stay and fly package, it was a long way from airport. The hotel did not have a shuttle service and the taxi was £11 from hotel each way. |

The staff was very good. The room was big and very clean. Would definitely stay again if I'm near. Upon checkin, I was told I can either pay by credit card or cash. But when checked out the fee was taken from credit card without asking me whether it was OK to take it from the card. |

Good service, good value.Breakfast was good, reception very prompt and friendly. Location easy to reach. Possible limited parking space so a concern if arriving late and no spaces left. |

Clean, comfortable, ideal for a park and fly deal before going on holiday. Had queried cost of taxi before arrival and with reception on arrival for transfer to airport but cost of taxi was actually more expensive. More up to date prices need to be quoted. |

When trying to get to it in the evening you either have to get a cab or walk, which can by a little inconvenient and is due to bad public transport on England on the whole. |

room was comparable with the tariff charged definately in need of a re-furb - particularly the bathroom - Breakfast was very limited and poorly serviced. Two private functions that evening very noisy when guests leaving in the early hours. |

The staff were excellent in sorting out our numerous problems, especially Johanna Khan receptionist and her assistant. Our room was not cleaned on arrival,we were moved to another room but this had no hot water, the third room was fine. |

The staff were friendly & very helpful.......& the food was good. My room was not very clean. There were toenail clippings on the carpet. The bath plug hole was full of 'something' and the shower did not work. There was dust and dirt along the edges of furniture at floor level. |

Despite being an "airport" hotel, I was surprised that the taxi fare to Luton Airport in the morning was £17.80 - rather expensive for a so-called airport hotel. Also, the complete lack of any air-conditioning system in the rooms, made it virtually impossible the sleep, bearing in mind the current heat we are experiencing. |

The hotel staff are nice and helpful, and the food is good as well. The room is clean. There is no air conditioner in my room at least, and when I asked for a set of tooth brush and paste, they said they don't have one... |

Apperance when walked in to building and gave good impressions. Unfortunatly that is where it stoped.. My 1st night staying in the business suite was terrible with a horrid noise from the boiler out back that was giving me headaches, so asked to move rooms to be told there is nothing availive unless I down class.. O.k I thought worth a try how wrong I was, the room was tiny poorly decorated, the toilet didnt stop flushing, the tap was dripping, it was extremly hot with no air con and again very noisey due to the road out front, horrible experience and I dont wish to ever return to Luton! Noisey, beds uncomftable, hot and stuffy, room decor. |

Very convenient to visit surrounding places An air condition would have helped as the night was very hot and stuffy. |

The rooms are spacious, the tea-making facilities are generous and the bathroom is clean with helpful little tubes of things which save me having to bring lots of toiletries the rooms were stuffy. The fan was only effective in moving stuffy air around and leaving the window open was fine until 5.45am when the traffic outside woke me up. |

The reception staff were friendly and obliging. The room was clean and the bathroom was of a good standard. The original room allocated was like a sauna; it was well over thirty degrees and quite unbearable. The second room allocated was better, but the lighting was inadequate. The tv remote control did not work. |
