Good,
Score from 353 reviews
“ I liked the room layout with the kids being in the interconnecting room, it allowed me to relax and spend time with friends, I'm very impressed because I was able too see my friends and not leave the hotel which is great because I'm ill and I know a lot of other hotels won't allow that. I will stay there again, it was clean and light, very nice ”

I really liked everything although I did not have time to enjoy it in one evening and night...ii enjoyed very much the sunset from my room, and I have nice pictures, if you want them, just let me know.. You call yourself ..chiltern hotel luton airport....but this is not true, I booked at your hotel in order to catch my early plane..but you are so far from the airport that I had to pay 16£ to take me to the airport at 6am........you should not call you by that name...or tell people of the nr of miles to the AIRPORT---..another thing: all around the bath tub, I found rust...and it is not so inviting to have a bath ...I also took photos...i was in room nR 319...sorry for my remarks...but I was once a hotel manager, and was very attentive with those things...(I Told your staff at the reception desk, but they did not seem to mind...

I liked the convenience of being close to the motorway network. The facilities were very good. The cleanliness of the bathroom left a bit to be desired.

The food was very nice, the service was good, plenty of free parking, the location was good for the hospital & the motorway. I stayed at this hotel because I live an hour away from the luton hospital so rather than stay at home & get up realy early to travel I thought it would be a treat to stay at a local hotel & get to hospital refreshed in the morning. Big mistake the bedroom was far too hot to sit in let alone sleep in we both had a realy bad nights sleep, the air con in the room couldn't cope with the full length radiator which had no adjustment. The window opened to vent only so we had to leave the curtains open all night to try to get some cool air then of course it was too light in the room with street lights and the noise of traffic early am because the window was open. I am disabled so going back n forth to the room to get air wasn't an option so I sat n sweated in the room. Changing the room wasn't an option because all of upstairs was realy hot, the bar/restaurant downstairs were a nice temperature, by the way it was snowing outside not sunny. If I could adjust the radiator I would stay here again next time im at hospital. But maybe not

A good value hotel with decent food at reasonable prices. Limited number of TV channels, freeview would be enough for me.

Staff were friendly Although no record of our booking, staff were prepared to sort us out without the print out and sort it in the morning and they found us a room. We had the printout in the car and so sorted it straight away. We were able to leave our luggage and car there whilst we visited a friend. Hotel had no record of our booking, refer what we liked. No bedside lights.

I have used this Hotel a number of times now over the past two years and the room facilities have improved and refurbishment has been done with new windows etc. I am more than happy with the standard of the room facilities and the prices are always reasonable and will always make this my first option for Luton. The restaurant food is still of a poor quality, I gave the evening restaurant a chance again but the food was tasteless. If the standard of cooking improves this would be a good all round hotel. Hit and miss with what is available for breakfast each time.

The location is very convenient for our particular requirements. The reception staff were friendly and courtious, but not always enough of them on duty. Room cleanliness was not very well maintained, and on one of the days the room was not serviced at all. Public area was used very heavily at the weekend, and would have prohibited any resident using the restuarant for lunch or dinner.

It was a terrific Hotel which represented great value-for-money. The self-service breakfast was fine - wish I had realised that those going to the airport had an earlier breakfast which I perhaps could have joined. There were 2 parties being celebrated that evening. My only complaint was that the music was not sound-proofed.
