Despite being an "airport" hotel, I was surprised that the taxi fare to Luton Airport in the morning was £17.80 - rather expensive for a so-called airport hotel. Also, the complete lack of any air-conditioning system in the rooms, made it virtually impossible the sleep, bearing in mind the current heat we are experiencing. |

The hotel staff are nice and helpful, and the food is good as well. The room is clean. There is no air conditioner in my room at least, and when I asked for a set of tooth brush and paste, they said they don't have one... |

Apperance when walked in to building and gave good impressions. Unfortunatly that is where it stoped.. My 1st night staying in the business suite was terrible with a horrid noise from the boiler out back that was giving me headaches, so asked to move rooms to be told there is nothing availive unless I down class.. O.k I thought worth a try how wrong I was, the room was tiny poorly decorated, the toilet didnt stop flushing, the tap was dripping, it was extremly hot with no air con and again very noisey due to the road out front, horrible experience and I dont wish to ever return to Luton! Noisey, beds uncomftable, hot and stuffy, room decor. |

Very convenient to visit surrounding places An air condition would have helped as the night was very hot and stuffy. |

The rooms are spacious, the tea-making facilities are generous and the bathroom is clean with helpful little tubes of things which save me having to bring lots of toiletries the rooms were stuffy. The fan was only effective in moving stuffy air around and leaving the window open was fine until 5.45am when the traffic outside woke me up. |

The reception staff were friendly and obliging. The room was clean and the bathroom was of a good standard. The original room allocated was like a sauna; it was well over thirty degrees and quite unbearable. The second room allocated was better, but the lighting was inadequate. The tv remote control did not work. |

I liked the relaxing atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. The room was warm and clean and room service was great. I couldnt ring Ireland from room or reception, and my breakfast was not as described on the menu. just had toast coffee and cereal. |

Very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Good value for money. Staircase could do with a lick of paint. I would drop the Airport tagg as its miles away. |

Facilities such as good value room service which was prompt £5-£12 for a meal delivered to room, bed comfortable and large windows. Surprised to get bathroom supplies and extra pillows/towels. Hotel decor in rooms is tired and in need to a handy man to remove coffee rings on the table and shower would not hold up on the slider, niggly rather than really bad. But for the price cannot complain paid £60 per night for worse! |
