Score from 24 reviews Very good
Very cheap, rooms were good for the price paid. Basic but clean
No towels, had to pay for them! No hairdryer No complimentary shampoo or shower gel
The staff were friendly and helpful
Very basic rooms not very secure. Its just a place to lay your head down nothing more nothing less
Dirty, disrepair, noisy, faulty shower, small room, felt every spring in the bed bug ridden mattress, run down. Never ever again. Please do not recommend this hotel to nice decent people...
We could leave our luggage before check in and after checking out, which helped a great deal. The location due to it being central. Simplicity of the room and it being clean and tidy.
The room was too warm so could of done with a fan. A little noisy at night but that was down to other guests so not the hotels fault.
the price of room was pretty cheap clean rooms
sink was hanging away from the wall. room was very small
I came with bites over my body
Location is good.
Had to pay extra for towels, hotel rooms should come with towels included. Bed was really uncomfortable, sheets didn't feel very clean. Nowhere to hang jackets/suits. TV didn't have a remote. Shower was hanging off the wall, taps were loose in the sink. Hole in the bathroom wall. Decor was terribly done and didn't look very nice, felt dirty. No room service, no one came in during the day to make the bed, replenish coffee/tea and general tidy up. Overpriced for such little quality. Said there was parking available even though there are double yellows outside the hotel and run up the street for half a mile.
The staff were friendly and rooms were clean and beds were comfortable
We were next to beach and the room was nice to stay in and had a very good sleep. Enjoyed our holiday great time.
OK it was a budget room and a budget price, it was clean - ish and the staff were OK but there really is not excuse for the absolutely terrible bed / mattress ! We were even offered two rooms to choose from and the other bed was even worse ! The room we chose had the bed on a slope and the mattress was lumpy and I had probably the worst night's sleep I have ever had ! I would advise against staying at this hotel.
convenience, clean, staff's attitude, always has smile, even I checked out at 7 a.m. lol
there's a pub opposite here, a little bit noisy
game area for children ,however it was more boy friendly then girl.
The manager needs to give better custom service when problems arise, and where neither her or the hotel are not out of pocket instead of letting greed take over.
Its nothing like what the internet states
peace and quite and good location,,,
facilities no enough
The room was clean and a fair size. The bathroom was spotlessly clean (thankfully) as this is a real deal-breaker for me. The shower was hot!! The lady on reception was welcoming and extremely accommodating, she phoned us a taxi, advised us on where would be best to eat and even kept the bar open for us. A really pleasant stay and would definitely return
No compaints. Our room didn't have much of a view but I didn't go to Blackpool to look out of the window.
Location, 10mins walk into Blackpool centre. Clean and tidy. £50 for 2 nights for a couple. Fair price.
No towels or bath mat provided. Shower curtain stuck to you every time you tried to move. Need spare pillows and also spare blankets in rooms as it went cold through the night.
Hated every single minute of this hotel, we are looking how to get out money back. We feared for our lives in the hotel with no locks on the door, blood on our bed sheets, a man screaming at night, someone having a shower at 3 o'clock. It was freezing cold with no towels, no tv, no complimentary anything! Rude staff, and definately the worst place I've ever stopped! We were traumatised by our experience! I shook and couldn't sleep I hated it there that much- Infact we left despite paying for two nights after the first night! It was disgusting!
The room was very small, noisy and very basic. The bed base was broken on one side and really noisy every time you moved. Sink taps loose and moved when trying to use, the toilet was hard to flush and there was a leak behind it on the floor.
nice place to stay value for money. location very good. staff very friendly
could not find the lift.no switch by the side of the bed.small fridge in room would be a bouns.
Was perfect for our needs comfy room private bathroom very close to the beach and activities will use again if we go to Blackpool again
was a good, basic, cheap, no frill hotel in a perfect location.
Location was excellent, and the price most attractive.
The lady in charge was very friendly and welcoming. Small bar at the front meant we could relax in the hotel when we weren't out and about and the prices for drinks were good. The location of the hotel was handy for doing day activities and nights out as it is right in the middle of everything going on in Blackpool.
The room/toilet, smelt from either piping or possibly the person before, me and my partner were not sure. Nothing was clean, the coffee mugs had dust around and inside, the bed sheets clearly hadnt been cleaned either which made us uncomfortable in our room. They need a new cleaner!
How close the hotel was to the town centre
Bed was broken or not put together properly the toilet would not flush mold in room no tv remote over priced bar aragant staff member as I only seen one staff member my all stay
