Der alt englische Flair, der sehr schöne Garten, Hilfsbereitschaft, Badezimmer gut ausgestattet Zusatzbett sehr ungemütlich, Bettdecken unangenehmer Geruch, für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet da keine Spielanlage etc. |

Das Chilworth Manor ist ein sehr schönes Gebäude mit einem neu erstellten Wellnessbereich und einem wirklich tollen Park. Der Service ist sehr gut, nur das Frühstück ist etwas eingeschränkt wenn man kein englisches Frühstück mag. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, stellenweise aber nicht auf dem jüngsten Stand: weiche Betten und Duschvorhänge muss man mögen. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer könnten etwas modrner eingerichtet sein und es könnte wenigstens einen deutschsprachigen TV-Kanal geben. |

Chilworth Manor Hotel is an excellent place to stay. Staff were extremely helpful and very accommodating. My daughter had just had a sleeve gastrectomy and could not eat normal food. The hotel arranged for her to have creamed potato and gravy. Food was exceptional. The terrace overlooks rolling lawns and there are some beautiful trees. A very relaxing and friendly place to stay. I would definitely go there again. The Breakfast chef is different to the chef handling the evening meals. Whilst the full English breakfast is very good, we had poached eggs on toast one morning and they were inedible. They had put too much vinegar in the poaching water and that was all you could taste plus the eggs had not been drained so the toast was wet and soggy. The £4. tray charge for having breakfast delivered to your room is a bit steep. |

Everything was as expected, plus the added bonus of the glorious weather. The Hotel had a function and two wedding receptions over the weekend, but we were warned when we checked in. These were a bit noisy and parking was a bit difficult when these were taking place. the dining room was busy at breakfast, had to wait for a table. |

Easy to get to places. We had friends living in Shirley Warren and we could reach them easily, but we also could reach Southampton City Centre as well. |

I used one of the refurbished rooms. Excellent bedding with a selection of synthetic and feather pillows - both good. "Fashionable" bathroom, but the basin is more for show than for use - impossible to avoid spashing and making a mess - hope room service doesn't mind. Used the pool and spa. Very satisfied. Can't comment on VFM as it was a late/cheap booking. |

Beautiful gardens full of wild life - why don't you give tours? Reception staff very helpful. Too much noise from Weddings including the drunks returning to their rooms at 02.00 with great noise!! We were there on business and could have been placed in a "quiet" part of the Hotel. |

The setting was very palacial,like a country mansion very posh!! The door lock to my room was a bit knackered!!!! Had to go back and get the spare key which only just worked!! |
