最終日にホテルスタッフの男性より、「Parkway駅よりもCentral駅の方が便利ですよ。大きな町なのでスーパーもあるし、いろいろ見るところもあるし、タクシー料金もほぼ同じ（￡9.60と￡10.40）ですよ。」と勧めていただき助かりました。最寄り駅はAirport Parkway駅ですが、タクシー以外に交通手段もなく不便な場所なので、ホテル情報の欄にそういった情報があると良いと思います。

コンシェルジュがおらず、近隣の観光スポットなどの情報に精通しているスタッフもいないのか、目的地に行く為にどのような交通手段があるのかなど、何を聞いても「わからない」というだけでした（女性スタッフ）。せめて、他のスタッフにも尋ねるなど、もう少しホテルマンらしい対応が欲しかったです。学生の短期アルバイトのような対応でした。

Chilworth Manor Hotel is an excellent place to stay. Staff were extremely helpful and very accommodating. My daughter had just had a sleeve gastrectomy and could not eat normal food. The hotel arranged for her to have creamed potato and gravy. Food was exceptional. The terrace overlooks rolling lawns and there are some beautiful trees. A very relaxing and friendly place to stay. I would definitely go there again.

The Breakfast chef is different to the chef handling the evening meals. Whilst the full English breakfast is very good, we had poached eggs on toast one morning and they were inedible. They had put too much vinegar in the poaching water and that was all you could taste plus the eggs had not been drained so the toast was wet and soggy. The £4. tray charge for having breakfast delivered to your room is a bit steep.

There was mould in the bathroom and in the showers at the gym.

Access to the nature reserve; parking; lunch in the bar; service in the restaurant.

Bad administration. Need for non-feather pillows ignered. Determined attempt to charge for the dog although I had documentary evidence that there was no charge.

Good room and spa complex.

When checking out, the receptionist refused to give me a VAT receipt saying "ask your travel agent (hotel bookings) for it.

Beautiful gardens full of wild life - why don't you give tours? Reception staff very helpful.

Too much noise from Weddings including the drunks returning to their rooms at 02.00 with great noise!! We were there on business and could have been placed in a "quiet" part of the Hotel.

Very good attitude of all staff towards guests. They were pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel in its own grounds was also a plus.

Pleasant ambience, good room standard, well appointed pool and steam/sauna included in room price.

The setting was very palacial,like a country mansion very posh!!

The door lock to my room was a bit knackered!!!! Had to go back and get the spare key which only just worked!!

Pleasent check in staff who were helpful and thoughtful.Made checking in ond out easy.
