Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Comfort. Good food. It was a short but pleasant stay and no problems encountered during the short visit, which was a second visit. I have recommended to others. In answer to the final part of this question, I haven't read the reviews but will. |

Cant fault this hotel,it was cheap and cheerfull. The rooms are dated but they were really clean and smelt fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful.Food was nice too. Ideal if you are just on a stopover or doing some recession shopping ! the dated furniture |

the cost of this hotel is quite reasonable and it has good parking and access to the airports it is a very noisy hotel, you can hear every footstep and every voice through out the entire floor of rooms. this became quite uncomfortable when we were woken at 8am twice on the weekend we stayed |

after booking the hotel, i read the reviews from other guests and regretted booking, i was going to cancel but it was only for one nite so i thought one night in a dump will be okay, but when i got to the hotel i actually thought i was at a different hotel to the one the reviews were talking about. it wasnt as bad a people were making it out to be. out hotel room was spotless. the only thing i didnt like was that a hotel staff member opened our door with a key at 8am without knocking but lucky we had the chain on the door. at 11.30am we were packing to leave and a cleaning staff knocked on our door, this annoyed me because check out time isnt till 12pm |

The radiator in the bedroom was not working. The remote control of the TV we were given by reception was not working. No bin in the bathroom to dispose of sanitary material. There was a connecting door to another hotel room which we were not made aware of |
