Location was good, value for money was good. Food was good Did not like the exterior colour - black not attractive. Did not like the nightclub noise on the Saturday night. Did not like glass all around our car the following morning. But if you want value for money then this is what you get.

Staff were friendly Non stop noise during the night - no sleep! Noisy wedding guests shouting in the corridors all night right through to 8 am. No evidence of staff making an effort to quiten them. Very basic room with old fashioned decor.

the food was very good, and the waitresses work very hard its a shame the orders taken by the waitresses arenot adhered to by the kitchen staff as there cooking is very good but not the way they send it out to the customer , with the chips coming out after you have eaten the steak and we ordered together as a group so you think they would send them out together, also the breakfast on sunday morning took an hour to get from sitting down i dont know why you dont allocate table numbers to your tables so they no who has had breakfasts and in which order

friendly attitude of receptionist and her excellent directions to the hotel , particularly as I arrived later than normal at night. Hotel has easy access to town and belfast will stay there again Only criticism was the shower unit. Difficult to get plowing and the shower was weak in strength, but was clean and quiet location shower as above

We were looking for a hotel near airport and this was the cheapest one. Friendly stuff. They even let us had dinner in the restaurant, even if they were supposed to close 30 min earlier. I find it a bit expensive. Facilities are quite old.

It was a roof over our heads and we didnt have to sleep outside on the ground. The hotel is old and fairly grotty. Down the corridor our room was on was a musty smell as if someone was smoking something dodgey. The shower in our bathroom didnt work. I was going to tell the receptionist when we were checking out as I expected her to ask how our stay was but she didnt ask us how our stay was. Defo not the nicest place to stay.

The bedding and towels were clean. We had a good breakfast, freshly cooked. The bed was uncomfortable you could feel every spring. The room was very old and in serious need of a refurb. No comfort factor. We only stayed one night as my wife wouldn't stay any longer. Cheap but certainly not cheerful.

A group of 14 adults stayed fri to sun, the rooms are basic but clean, the bar is comfortable and their food in their restaraunt is fabulous, 2 meals and wine for £20, as we were such a large group their whole menu was tasted and everyone was extremley happy with what they ha been served, so much so that we ate ther on both nights of our stay, breakfast was offered at £5 per person and again no complaints they have an adjoining night club which we visited and it was a good night, it is situated far enough away from the rooms that you could not hear any noise. The staff were superb especially The girls who served the food (they also worked the bar and in the night club). It's £10 in a taxi into city centre and the receptionist managed to get us 7 seater taxis so it worked out cheaper for us to get there. Can't praise the staff enough and we will definatly return to The Chimney Corner
