Price Bathroom in room
No kettle in room
The location was ok, 5 minutes from a subway station.Room pretty big,I received a room destined for people with disabilities and the bath was very big almost the same size as the room. They cleaned my room every day.I think it's worth the money
Breakfast with only toast, butter, jam and coffee but I knew this when I choose this hotel. The walls were a little bit dirty.
it was cheap, and staff were friendly and helpful
The bad was comfortable, surprisingly, though badly made. A 15 minute walk from Hammersmith tube station
The hotel looked rundown before we even got inside. Service at Reception was polite but painfully slow. The room was tiny, the double bed in a corner against the wall. No seating. There was visible damp damage on the ceiling and part of the wall. The bathroom was clean but the shower cubicle far too small. Would not recommend.
I LIKE THE WAY AND MANNER WE WERE RECEIVED AT THE FRONT OFFICE. THE BREAK FAST ATTACHED TO THE PACKAGE IS A PLUS THE SECURITY AROUND THE HOTEL IS GOOD.
THE TELEVISION DID NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY. THERE WAS NO INTERNET CONNECTION WHITHIN THE HOTEL.
the only thing I liked was the location,it was close to shops and places to eat
When we first arrived with 3 very tired children,we were greeted by a very rude man.I had forgot to bring the piece of paper with my booking on it and because of this we were told that we were lucky that we were left stay,he agreed to book us in and then we had to climb 3 flights of stairs with suitcases and a buggy, asked if we could leave the buggy at reception,we were told "i will not be able to watch your buggy all the time",no help was offered, the room was dirty and the bathroom smelt, and breakfast was tea and toast while they stood there and watched you eat,it was the worst b+b I have stayed in,i was so glad to leave.
Very old facilities and not clean enough.
near the underground to central London, cheap, clean, quiet place, suitable for families with children
every day the same breakfast, but no problem
The hotel itself is quite and located in a remote area.
Staff not friendly did not understand English properly, bathroom ensuite is too small, cramped, first impression of this room was disgusting with mould all over the tiling area and the ceiling. We had to ask to have the burnt bulb replaced and the sink drain was blocked.
Location-5 mins from District line tube, bus stop to city centre right in front of hotel. Fridge and TV in the room, clean towels every day. Nice staff. Wouldn't expect more for the price we paid
No wifi, very small bathroom with a shower that didn't really do the job of showering properly.
Cheap and quiet in a very nice area.
Room very small and the travel into the city centre at least 30 mins on the tube.
Location Cleanilness Value for Money
Extra Small Room in the Attic Extra Small Shower
This was one of the cheapest hotels we could find for a single night's stay. Booking went smooth, checkout was fast.
Staff doesn't speak comprehensive English. Run by foreigners who look at you with suspicion. Dining room had survailance system with Tv showing different areas under camera control. Not really hospitable. Generally, the 'hotel' looked unclean, badly equipped, no wifi, old 12" CRT tvs in the rooms.
The location is good,room,clean
To much mosquito and no internet connection
location and price
extremely small, bathroom old, didn't look clean, terrible shower, ancient TV, no tea or coffee facilities. Very cheap but not worth the investment - pay a bit morev and go somewhere else
getting out of there
Bedding were unchanged - someone else hairs on the bed sheet. room size of a cupboard no continental Breakfast as promised - Tea and stare toast only only cold shower windows dont shut properly rubbish tv and the place just which is in a posh neighbourhood feels like in some third world poor country AVIOD AVIOD AVOID - you are better off in a hostel, even for £40 per night, it is not value for money - I wouldn't there another night even if you paid me
Very friendly staff
Location great for tube station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money for 3 bed room.
Although the beds were clean the curtains were dirty and the bathroom drain was a bit smelly.
Nice location, good value for money.
No wifi in the room.
Localization in zone 2. Good looking building. Nice district. Good price. Nice personnel.
Not good smell from the bathroom. No air circulation in the room. Especially when there was hot outside.
The Bathroom was shocking... Barely any room to move had to sit down to pee because the roof was angled.Man on reception was very unfriendly.
The breakfast was only toast with tea/coffee not continental breakfast as advertised.
cheap for London standard
I made a total of 4 separate bookings 4 months in advance for June 2014 because I used London as a base to travel to other UK cities. There was no hot shower water from the room and I waited the next morning to ask the staff if I could have a place to take a hot shower, as they do not have staff on duty from late evening till 8am. I did not ask for a replacement room. A staff checked to confirm that there was indeed no hot water and told me I could change room and take the shower there. After taking the shower, I realised the room was not suitable for me so I asked to have my original room back even if there was no hot shower. The staff in charge, a short Middle East man, possibly from Egypt, was very angry and he told me to get out of his hotel as I have too much complaints. He said he did not care if I had to sleep in the street as it was peak season in London. He warned me very rudely not to go back for other bookings as he would not open the door for me. I had no choice but to find an alternative room. Luckily, I managed to find a room elsewhere to stay. I reported to Booking.com about this unreasonable cancellation of bookings. The Chiswick Court staff made up false stories that I did not check out and would have charged me 40 pounds as penalty. I personally handed the key back to that staff who told me to go away and paid for 2 nights in cash. After Booking.com had intervened, they did not charge me any extra. But, the fact that this hotel can cancel bookings without justification means that any booking with them may not be secure. The extremely poor attitude of the staff means that if you happen to be on the receiving end of their poor temper, you may be in deep trouble in finding alternative accommodation in London, especially in peak seasons. I have travelled extensively to many countries and normally used budget hotels. They are normally very good value or at least acceptable. Chiswick Court in London is definitely a great disappointment.
the hotel was near the tube station and therefore easy access to centre of London. The bed sheets and toilet were clean.
From entering the hotel, everything was very dated and grubby. The receptionist was a little impatient though the staff at breakfast were friendly enough though they stay out of sight most of the time. It was not a continental breakfast, simply toast and beverage. There was not tea or coffee facilities in the rooms, though there was a fridge.
