My room was clean, warm, comfortable, hot shower en suite, good location for me, perfect.
Can't complain about anything.
Lovely area of London, clean and great value for money.
Clean, safe, good area. Unrivalled value for money.
I needed a fork for my take-away and they gave me one without any problem. Room was very clean
You can hear everything from the main road as the windows are single glasing, bed is not the most comfortable
In a lovely quiet area but public transport near. Perfectly clean and very simple check in/out
Upon arrival the staff greeted me with warmth and politeness. Fortunately I was given a double bed and ensuite, although I had only paid for a single bed and shared bathroom. The sheets were clean and crisp and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast of unlimited toast, coffee and Orange juice was filling and plentiful. I would definitely return! Wonderful experience.
Very firendly staff and good location
No headboard on the bed, could hear the person next door coughing all night and the ensuite is very small; you can hardly move in their.
Close to the tube station and nearby shops and restaurants. an ideal base for those looking for a clean, simple and affordable stay in Chiswick. Small car park at rear was particularly useful. Safe and friendly area.
Very basic breakfast offered (Orange, tea and toast) but plenty of local cafes available should you need something more substantial.
Reasonable price for an hotel in London. Staff helpful.
Tiny bathroom. Fridge in the room, noisy and dirty, had to be switched off.
Not expensive for London, with clean snow-white towels and bed linen. The staff was totally attentive to the any requests. All the time turned on heating was very nice addition during a trip in November.Good connection with centre, buses 94 and N11(bus stop just outside the door) runs all night through, while underground is closed.
Of course in the old residential district buildings are old with small rooms and very tiny bathrooms and old plumbing.Alas. But I'm sure after capital renovation overnight price would be higher, so....
Dirty bed cover , flying insect & mosquitoes @ room big noisy floors , squeezed toilets
So much toast but that is all oh and a bus stop right outside but didnt use it
Everything dirty small crampt comes to mine only toast and for breakfast not not worth 40pound at worse 15pound noisy outside beds were not brillient tv not working that well didnt turn on the next day flood light outside the room so not dark at night tight space between the bed an the the bathroom so tight squeeze then it was noi room to move in there the bathroom shower sink walls dirty cardborad falling apart no tea or coffee in the room very hot and stuffy my advice a youth hostel is far better and better value as as a celeb now I would not reccomended this place to any one very poor 1 out of 10 vern just above the shower dripping didnt look safe did not like it one bit didnt get much sleep either
Very warm service at breakfast time and kept being asked if more toast is needed, plenty of tea coffee conserves etc. on offer. Central heating on, so no cold feet. . Best was location, only 5 mins walk away from Turnham Green tube station, very quiet and convenient location. Good value for money.
Some idiots tried to sneak in a smoke in their bedroom and set the fire alarm off! Suggestions - rooms could do with a kettle and a cuppa. - window ledge could benefits a wipe down too.
location and staff
No internet connection
location was great, only a couple of minutes from the station
room was grubby. the single room ensuite was tiny, you had to have the door open to sit on the loo or get in the shower as the sink blocked access!
cheap and not too bad for the £30 i paid. Could do much worse than this place. recommended if you want a cheap no frills bed for couple of nights
-the staff was very friendly and helpful -the room had its own bathroom -breakfast included in the price -direct bus to the city center (approx. 20 min.) and 2 subway stations nearby -bus stop right in front of the hotel -fridge in the room
-continental breakfast means 7 pieces of toasted bread with butter and/or jam + hot and cold drinks -really small bathroom - you can barely turn around
plenty of space in the car park(it was small, maybe 8 cars max, but was practically empty on the saturday - also parking is free on the weekends on the street anyway). very cheap so good value for money in zone 2 so at the price, not too bad location wise nice quiet area
it's quite rundown once you get inside, with some investment it could become quite a decent little hotel, the exterior is fine and it also has a small car park. it also has the most miserable miserly showers i have come across, need to improve the water pressure of the showers
Quite and clean
One of the staff does not know the exact location of the hotel this took from me 3h to know the location
Friendly staff and good location. I was in London yet the hotel is in a quiet street so very little noise. Excellent transport links to the centre of London. This hotel is very good value.
personnel helpful attitude,location,
noise from crying and shouting children ,luck of heating when was very cold and limited hot water
Proximity to the train station. It is in a serene location, very cool and calm environment
The breakfast was just okay for the value of the hotel.
Very small ,toilet mouldy small no soap nothing really
