Good Location, Low price!

first of all i must say that i have not booked the hotel voluntarily, but there was a broken pipe with the initial booking of the hotel and we were so quartered there. to chiswick hotel lounge from the outside it does make a nice impression but that is quickly changing as soon as you run into the narrow little stairs up to the reception. i must say the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the impression of the room is not, nearly cancels everything. the room was so far the worst i have ever seen except that it was really very small (just big enough to go around the bed) it was dirty ranging from the stains on the union to the stale water in the kettle where even a dead fly swam to the mold in the shower where the shower head was also completely broken (water came out everywhere else just not on the shower head)! the sockets were broken and you could not open a window, the heater worked once and then not again! there were two soap dispensers mildewed! i have never seen such a horrible hotel room, i'll be there and would never go there again!

Convenience to Turnham Green tube.

Noise - the station is opposite Room 5 and I looked out onto the platforms. Open the windows and the noise of the trains was awful. The room was the strangest I've eve been in. Hardly room to move round the bed. No cooked braakfast.

I like the proximity to the high street and also to the tube stations.

The rooms are too small. You hardly can breathe in there as it's all choked up. The carpet along the stairs should be changed as it's smelly.

The location was great - in the heart of Chiswick, steps from underground. Walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants. With window closed, the trains did not bother me. For the price, the room size was small but adequate.

The owners do not take pride in this small hotel. It could be a lot better if they kept it up better: light pull strings broken, veneer peeling off, TV works on and off, stain on bathroom door, dust accumulating in corners of wall. Also, I was very offended when, in the middle of my stay, I was told that I needed to pay for the remainder of my stay in advance.

For a budget hotel it was very good. Positioned next to the tube on a line from london out to Heathrow, it gave a clean, comfortable bed for the night. Staff were pleasant and the breakfast was simple bit good quality. It does the job, a bed for the night in London.

The only thing I like was the location.

The hotel was very dirty. Both rooms were covered in dust to the extent that when my black trousers fell on the floor for a moment there was a layer of dust on them where they had touched the ground. There was a thick layer of dust on all surfaces. My friend woke in the middle of the night sneezing and she doesn't even have allergies. In a word it was flithy

Location was good.

The horrible smell of perfume they sprayed to cover up for their smell of cooking. The cleaning was terrible - or absent. All dusty rooms, and they just sprayed detergent along the walls.

Sheets were clean

Entrance to hotel down an alley beside bins. Reception was dirty and very tired. Narrow stairs to attic room felt unsafe. Carpet was unclean. Duvet cover was dirty. Very noisy next to train line.

1. They provide FREE UNLIMITED WI-FI 2. The other facilities are adequate and clean. 3. They are located just outside a tube station which makes is very convenient.

1. The TV had just one channel 2. They have no elevator and a narrow flight of stairs which is a challenge if you carry heavy suitcases. 3. The room is small

Awful and dirty place. No air conditioning, no breakfast room.no wardrobe. So uninviting - we couldn't even take a shower. Uncomfortable mattresses, ugly carpet. En-suite underground. Definitively the place NOT to be.

Convenient location to my event

Noisy,poor bathroom facilities,parking is a real problem in this area.

Located next door to tube station and was extremely noisy

Convenient for where we needed to be so had to be prepared for noise and proximity of trains. It was what it was - an adequate budget hotel.

Because of the train noise, one would probably spend as little time there as possible. The poorly lit stairs had implications for me as a visually impaired person and anyone with mobility issues could encounter real difficulty. Do`nt expect a cooked breakfast. We went elsewhere for ours.

It is only a bedroom facility, no breakfast room.Bedrooms are single rooms with a double bed, making the whole experience cramped and uncomfortable.Sheets not changed in 7 days.To describe it as a Hotel facility is a total misnomer.

Price and proximity to where I wanted to be.

This wasn't a hotel, it was a house with rooms. The access was appalling, with a fron door blocked by linen bags and a very narrow and steep staircase.

Ottima posizione. Camere piccole ma dispongono di tutto il necessario, teli da bagno, sapone, bollitore, tv. Buona pulizia. Lo consiglio.

Malutki pokój - niewiele większy od łóżka. Wąskie korytarze! Ledwo wystarczające na wejście z walizką - z trudem! Brak kantyny/stołówki/kuchni - miejsca na zjedzenie śniadania. To NIE JEST HOTEL, ani LODGE. To jest malutki domek. STAY AWAY! Do NOT BOOK! Do NOT use. It sucks.

Personnel tres gentil. Hotel super bien situe a la sortie du metro Turnham Green. Quartier sympa.

C est Londres dc qualite/prix c est cher pr ce que c est mais c est comme ça. Petit dejeuner vraiment pas top, jus d orange bon, café ok mais un pauvre petit croissant ou toast (l un ou l autre) vous sont servis. On dejeune dans la chambre sur un plateau. Mauvaise pression de la douche!

مراوغة موظف الاستقبال حيث وصلنا الساعة 1 بعد الظهر والقينا نظرة ع الغرفة ولم تكن جاهزة وقال عودو بعد ساعة أي الساعة2. ف ذلك الوقت بالتحديد (الساعة2) قال ان الغرفة غير جاهزة واعطانا غرفة أخرى أصغر م السابقة وقال أعذروني ولكن عند أمتناعنا ع استﻷم هذة الغرفة قال انتظرو دقيقتين وعادوقال غرفتكم جاهزة وكان هنالك سوء فهم.
