Big bed Own bathroom Close to station
TV didn't work
The shower - no water pressure so the water just trickled out. A disposable spoon for the tea and coffee was dirty. Generally not clean
Location , staff ,
, Size (small) , noisy ,
A tired hotel that would benefit from updating.
Arriving and then leaving
Any of it.
near underground- befind the coner
it was now hot woter in the morning ((
Too expensive for what I got
Location - close to train station, high street with shops, restaurants, park. Churches generally in a nice area
Size of room, next to train line, not user friendly operation of tv
Fair price. Location - 1 minute from TUBE. Thanks for grapes for brekfast ))
Advantage super close to tube
There was a lot of tube noise.
Very friendly and customer oriented, good breakfast, high speed Wifi, located close to the tube station
You may realize how cheap the other hotels are.
easy access to central london staff excellant .hotel going through changes ( updating ) so available facilities not the best but staff sorted out any problems a.s.a.p will be coming back late 2015.
Noisy. Too hot, heating really high!
Having cereal and toast instead of Danish pastries etc.
The unavoidable noise from other residents eg creaky floors and flushing toilets
Tube running right next to my window
Location convenient for my meeting, plenty of good restaurants in the area.
Cold water tap in washbasin didn't work. Neither bedside lamps worked.
shower was broken and very poor water pressure, shower dirty and noise level been on the rail line
I liked that everything was clean, and the staff is nice, and it's in a really convenient location. I had to take a flight at Heathrow at an inconvenient time and it's near a bus stop for the all-night bus route.
The room is really tiny, so even though I was in a double room I felt like I had barely adequate space. The shower was cramped and didn't drain well. The trains coming and going were a little noisy, which bothered me.
Friendly staff good location comfortable beds clean
bit shabby but what do you expect from a budget hotel
the size of the room and the noise of the underground
Clean, no fuss, basic accommodation in a good location for the purpose of our visit. Bed was clean and comfortable with ensuite facilities, albeit a little tired, but the shower was powerful (an essential in my book!) Very good value for money in London!
Television kept freezing or very poor reception. Tube trains 'thundered past' but I was exhuasted and slept like a log!
Right near Turnham Green tube stop. Short walk to the High st. and nice restuarants. Room size was good. En suite was bigger than I expected.
The trains rumbled right outside the window. The bed was hard. The breakfast was toast and tea, and you had to eat in your room. Bit expensive for what it was. £59 would be a bargain in London proper, but out in the suburbs, it felt excessive.
We had to sleep in the hotel workers small crampt room our room had Been let. ????
The rooms were at the top of the "hotel", very narrow stairs. The rooms do not resemble the photos online. They had no facility for getting breakfast early,so we had to buy our own breakfast even though it was paid for and included in the price. The showers are mouldy and discoloured and has a bad odour. The springs from one bed popped up and hurt my daughters shoulder. The tv in one room didn't work properly. had to constantly be moving the freeview box to get a signal. Its a bit of a shabby place not at all what we expected.
