Excellent service and the rooms are spacious and gym facility on site is a bonus . Restaurant is excellent with optional bar food as good alternative.Lively bar in evening. Good location for transport to city . However I think parking should be free if staying at hotel . |

Close to the office, decent rooms, decent price (while booked via booking.com), great bar / cafe, also good for a quick dinner This time (stayed in the hotel various times) I was less impressed by the cleanliness of the room plus the service in the bar. Not a generic thing though. |

Easy to find, on-site parking, large room and bed, stylish, tastefully decorated, large bath and shower. TV didn't work (forgot to tell the staff). air con slow to warm up. Recommended though. |

I booked a car to the airport and the front desk at the hotel told me it will be around 25 pound but after i arrived to the airport the driver asked me to pay 42 pound !!! |

Beds very comfortable, decor very nice and modern in the rooms with separate shower and bath. Free wi-fi in lobby which is very convenient. Blankets in room dirty and carpet quite stained in the rooms. |

how clean and tidy the main area and hallways were, the excellent manner and friendliness of the reception staff. the bed linen/duvet in the room we had was a bit tatty, but not serious to complain about. |

they offer smoking rooms no conciege service provided, need to change new towels, the water from the shower are slow, the grading of this hotel is only 3 star standard |

I like the fact that the rooms are a very good size, with incredibly comfortable king size beds. All too often central London hotels are tiny, with spongy uncomfortable beds. The showers are not great. |

Friendly staff, always helpful, who recognised me. Clean rooms, clean sheets everyday (mmmh!), great room service, good choice for breakfast. Restaurant food very nice too and friendly sophisticated bar area! |
