Unfortunately I was not happy with the level of service we received during our visit to Moran Cheswick over the nights of the 9th and 10th July. I chose this hotel and paid what I concsider a conciderable sum because I wanted luxury and a quality of confort and service. Our main complaites were as follows: Poor and slow breakfast service on the 10th and unhelpfull staff in the restaurant . Only 1 large towel in our bedroom even though my wife and I were staying. No coffee supplied on the 10th so that we could make our own coffee in the room. No "Pay for View" film service in our room. Tried to over charge us for 2 days parking. We paid an upgrade room price for a luxery room and service. This we fel we did not get.

good location the fact that they failed to mention the dance parties they host in the restaurant and still choose to charge over £100 for the "deluxe" room directly above. not good if you want/need an early night or have an early start the next morning (i.e. the london marathon!) Request not to be put on the first floor (especially room 124). Also very surprised to be given an electric shock from the light/power switches. Not expected at a 4 star hotel!

price, location. rock hard bed-more comfortable sleeping on the floor. The residents bar shut at 1am-not ideal if you have been travelling back from somewhere late and you need a well earned drink.

It is a genuine 4 stars hotel. Excellently positioned close to the District Tube line that runs from Richmond, right through London, past Earls Court, the museums, Victoria station, Embankment, the City of London, Tower Bridge and all the way into Essex. One tube journey and you are almost anywhere in London! The West End is a small walk from this tube line. A quality hotel in a pleasant quiet environment and conveniently sited. The Financial Times and The Independent newspapers are offered free to guests.

The hotel was easy to find, in a good location close to the tube, in a nice area. The staff were very helpful, friendly & polite. The rooms were big, beds comfortable, lots of amenities in the room; including toiletries, tea & coffee, safe, plenty of storage space, extra seating, large bathroom with a bath & a separate shower. Parking was also available. The shower was not powerful enough, and you had to reach in to turn it on, hence you get cold water all over you!! I though the price of the breakfast (which we opted out of) was a little steep.

it is a clean and newly furnished hotel . It has cosy rooms and everything is created to be user friendly . Ergonomics is the word to describe the rooms and place . It is close to the tube and also a bus station is present exactly in front of the hotel . Easy to get to center and also the place where it's located is a very quiet and decent one . Free newspapers are available every day . The hotel price was a decent one compared with other alternatives and overall a very good value for money . A good choice to explore London and stay in a 4 stars hotel . There was a problem with heating in the first night we stayed there . It seemed that air con was not able to heat more than 18 degrees so we received a very small heater for that night and next days our room was changed. However even if we asked for a 23 degrees set in the room it was set to 20-21 degrees . As a notice the system is controlled from the reception and u can't change the room temperature unless u ask reception staff to do it . I think is one minus , but they've resolved it in a decent manner.

Very clean and welcoming, design was modern, large bar and verander with excellent bar staff. Restaurant was clean and well looked after. Rooms spacious and staff knocked on the door twice to check if everything was ok. Handy for west and central London with close tube links. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Could do with a larger choice for breakfast after first morning we ate out cheaper and better

Very welcoming staff on arrival and were immediately upgraded to better rooms without having to ask. The rooms were first class and very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to put a mini bar in rooms to keep the drinks cool.

Location. Near to the event we were attending. I couldn't believe that the bar was more akin to a disco with loud music and very dim lights. Not at all conducive to the majority of residents. Empty atmosphere-less restaurant. But fortunately we were out at an event. They charge an exorbitant £15 for buffet breakfast, just stroll down the Chiswick High Road and you'll find much better value and 100 times more atmosphere in 'Chiswick Village', if you can be bothered!

It has a perfect location just few metres from the underground and 25 minutes by the metro to the centre. It is situated in a very nice neighbourhood. The hotel is the best 4 star hotel that we have ever been. The room and the bathroom are huge, clean and very nice furnished. There is everything what you need in the room. The service and the facilities are great. We love London and our visit. If we have go go again to London someday we will stay in this hotel again.

Excellent hotel, smart and modern. A lively bar and restaurant downstairs. The room we stayed in was small but very comfortable with everything we needed. When we checked in, we were not asked if we wanted breakfast. When we came down in the morning we had to pay for it there and then. Not a great setup and could be improved. Also, breakfast buffet was a little on the sparse side.

With my online booking I also crossed out for full breakfast. 1. I did not know if continental breakfast was included or not in price. 2. Entering the breakfast room nobody was their to inform me. I found out my booking was not registered and continental breakfast was not included in my room. 3.I sat down having continental breakfast with colleg. but prepayd breakfast was not deducted from my bill.

we asked for a quiet room at the back and we were given a mini suite with 2 chairs and a chaise longue and a huge comfortable bed . It was decorated beautifully and in a very modern style. The bathroom was large with a large walk in shower and a stand alone bath.Very nice hotel. We could have done with a shelf in the bathroom as there was nowhere to put toiletry bag or cosmetics. There was also no shelf in the shower which was very awkward as you had to hold the soap and shampoo in your hand and try to shower at the same time. I noticed booking . com website of the hotel there were pictures of the bathrooms with shelves so perhaps they had not quite finished decorating this room yet. Also there was no shaver point so could not charge shaver or toothbrush but we managed to have just enough charge left in them.
