Gymmet var bra. Frukost ok

Baren körde fredagsdisko med sådan ljudvolym att det inte gick att sitta där! Frukost ok men måste den vara så dyr? 10pund = SEK 110:- , Det var den inte värd.

Good location, good lounge and internet access, large bedroom with good bed. Some staff good. Efficient lifts.

Lighting in bathroom totally inadequate. Some staff poor. Overall impression, a good example of design taking precedence over function.

Rooms are spacious, modern and stylish. Excellent bathroom. Extremely clean and well maintained.

Love the bath and the room, very comfortable bed

Wish a window would open, for the price there could of been breakfast included.

Room was cold had to get a heater..... Ordered a sandwich in bar bread was cold/frozen had to send back. When checking out asked if stay ok when I said no they just carried on the didn't ask me to elaborate

The bar and restaurant staff were friendly

It was freezing in the bathroom no heating or towel rail, shame on such a modern hotel

no fridge in a triple room, the tv remote control did not work, the iron was unusable, the air ventilation had cold outbursts during the night making the room rather cold

Convinient for my purpose to attend my bussiness locaton, saudi Embassy.

In the peak of winter the heating was not working well

Close proximity to Gunnersbury underground station.

1. Poor services. 2. No microwave or onsite laundry facilities. 3. Everything over priced (Restaurant, late check-out, etc) 4. Malfunctioning shower (even though i changed rooms twice).

Room was spacious and cosy / bathroom a good size with separate bath and shower. Bed was really comfy! Decor was modern but not at the cost of comfort. Handy for tube and the local amenities of Chiswick. Great value!

Heating/Air con controls were a bit difficult to operate. First night too hot and second too cold. Shower needed attention as water spurted out from the top of the shower head. Quite a long way from the main sights of London. Did not eat or drink at hotel so can't comment on food etc.

Location, quite neighbourhood, proximity to Underground Station. Dined twice at the Napa Restaurant and the food was excellent.

Excellent hotel conveniently situated for Outer London, Windsor, etc., Did not eat in hotel, so can't comment. Excellent design, decor and staff very friendly 7 helpful. Excellent car parking facilities.

Lighting in Bathroom too subdued for shaving,applying make up using the mirror.

It was very clean and trendy as far as design goes. Rooms where nice and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and a very good size.

There was no refrigerator in the hotel room. It is nice to have a cold drink particularly when you are walking around London. There was water in our room for sale and we would have purchased it but did not want to drink water that was not cold. The shower was not very powerful and the temperature took a while for it to get warm and then suddenly it went too hot. The Chiswick compared to other hotels in London is around the same price to stay. However the other hotels we have stayed in have had a refrigerator and more facilities. So from that point of view then the Chiswick in comparison is not as good value.

It is an excellent genuine four star hotel close to the District Line tube with a simple, fairly quick, direct route into West, Central and East London. The staff are warm, friendly and efficient. The rooms are large and very comfortable.

Unfortunately, on some evenings (usually Fridays or Saturdays but not regularly) the bar/lounge area is taken over by parties of people not necessarily staying as residents of the hotel and this can disturb the general ambiance of this deservedly four stars hotel.

the room was nice and airy,great air conditioning with all the modern facilities required for a very comfortable stay,loved the decor,will definately return,whether on business or pleasure.

Design, rooms, location

I have now stayed here many times and always find the rooms impeccable. The staff are very efficient but also friendly. The close proximity to the tube station with a direct line into the centre and east of London (or to Richmond, in the opposite direction).

Unfortunately, I have noticed that on several occasions the hotel appears to let out its main bar/function room for parties/specific groups of people to the detriment of other hotel residents. This can be somewhat disconcerting at times and there can also be various people hovering around directly outside the main entrance, drinks in hand and smoking on such evenings. This is, however, my only grumble.

Meals expensive ,also drinks in bar expensive.
