Pleasant and attentive staff in an informal atmosphere Difficult access with luggage up narrow staircase although, to be fair, staff were willing to assist. Car park very narrow and full. Ended up leaving car in company car park opposite.

Location is excellent. Very convenient for seightseing the area. Everything about the hotel was great. Staff was very professionel, helpfull and friendly. Finally, hotel food normally does not make high remarks, but have to admit dinner there was excellent. Our complements to the chef.

The staff were polite and helpful. The full English breakfast was excellent and served very promptly. The car parking is vey cramped. The butter at breakfast would have been better if it had been chilled. A bath mat for the shower would have been nice.

Bed was comfy, bathroom spacious but again would probably have preferred the outside rooms near the car park. Location was perfect, actually preferred staying Eton side of the river so could get away from the chaos of Windsor. Booked the executive room, in hindsight probably not worth the extra money. Sofa was a sofa bed and made of a plastic type material which made it unusable really. Noise from other rooms was pretty loud, walls like paper and there was some hammering at 8:30.

“The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was inexpensive and was extremely good value. The mattresses were very comfortable indeed. The breakfast was more than adequate and I would sum up the stay by saying that I would choose this over a travelodge any day. Better accommodation, better staff, breakfast included. What's not to like for a budget lodge? ” Stewart, Way To Woler |
