In Edinburgh's New Town, half a mile from Princes Street, Christopher North House Hotel offers boutique rooms, excellent service and free Wi-Fi. The historic and opulent 4-star Edinburgh hotel has the Mozart Kaffee Haus for drinks, and Bacchus Restaurant for upscale dining. Rooms have 42-inch plasma flat-screen TVs, baby-listening facilities and Molton Brown toiletries. The business district of Charlotte Square is a 5 minute walk away. Excellent location - a lovely restored building with sensitive adaptations and beautiful decor The quality of the breakfast did not match the hotel. In particular the choice for continental breakfast was quite basic by current hotel standards and the sausage was definitely basic commercial - not Cumberland as described.

I liked everything about the Christopher North Hotel. From when you arrived to when you left the service was fabulous, nothing is too much trouble. It has a boutique feel and the food/wine is beautiful. Only a 5 minute walk from the main high street and city centre, it is a perfect location. And with it being slightly off the high street, it's a lovely quiet location. We came to stay for the Fringe Festival and hope to come back next year.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel had lovely internal design. The location was excellent, close to the main Princes Street area and a stroll to local restaurants/bars, yet the hotel was positioned in a very quiet street. There could have been more choice for continental breakfast.

We stayed there as were we taking part in the Moonwalk starting in Inverleith Park. The staff were really welcoming and when they found out wh( we were doing they upgraded the room so that we had a jacuzi in addition to a shower. Both were most welome after a 26 mile walk. Very friendly and helpful staff made it a lovely stay.

The hotel is very well situated in the New Town within easy walking distance of all the sights of central Edinburgh. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel is very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good. An ideal city hotel.

I found it very attractive that the hotel was small, and I think the decoration of the room was fascinating as wel as the arhitecture of the building. The staff was friendly and helpsom.

La decoración y la tv grande, personal amable Es el Number Teen que le han cambiado el nombre por la mala fama que tiene. Cuando llegué al hotel y ví que me habían engañado me sentí estafada. El precio de la habitación disparatado para la habitación tan pequeña.

Venlig personale, god beliggenhed, udemærket morgenmad, executive værelse var perfekt for 2 veninder. Almindelig dobbeltværelse vær da opmærksom på at det er en 3/4-seng!!!

Me gusto el trato con la gente del hotel,fueron amables y correctos.La ubicacion estaba bien a 10 min caminando del centro.El desayuno bueno. La habitacion bastante pequeña.No se corresponde con las estrellas que tiene.El baño bastante nuevo y pequeño y le faltaban algunos detalles.
