All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

I booked the hotel to celebrate a birthday with my wife.For added luxury we booked the jacuzzi suite and it was everything the pictures promised.Classy,elegant and luxurious only a stones throw away from the citycentre. A worthwhile extravagance. No bathrobes in a jacuzzi suite? |

Breakfast was excellent. Disagreement over the booking - thought we had booked a special offer suite. No spoons or biscuits on the tea tray. Minimum bathroom shower gel - only enough for 1 shower- had to buy some. A bit further away from Princes St on foot rather than as the crow flies - about 25 mins walk with cases. |

Fabulous over the top furnishings, amazing house, wonderful nearly-brand-new Jacuzzi - staff could not do enough for us. Definitely a must-stay place in Edinburgh, feel like a millionaire for a day or two! The breakfast was very ordinary, (no mushrooms on either day) and the window did not lock, but the garden was quite secure anyway! |

ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. L'hotel è in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla, 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, ma ben servito dai mezzi. Camera e bagno insolitamente ampi per gli standard britannici. Ottima e abbondante colazione. Staff gentile e disponibile. |
