Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of space, good shower and an excellent (and huge) breakfast
Didn't get access to wifi
Convenience for travel
breakfast - poor quality and restricted timing, room decor very indian influence and the use of artificial aromas in the washing process, I came out in an allergic rash due to prolonged contact with the bedlinen
Good Breakfast 20 minutes walk to the town centrer Spacious Room
What is there not to like about this place? AMAZING!!!
Lovely room, great location and Minty was a wonderful host
I like the fact that it was a converted barn with hot tubs. the room was excellent and the service at breakfast was very attentive.Beautiful garden setting two minutes away from Anne Hathaway Cottage. Great location for town or country. The value is well worth a visit.. Thank you Minty
Car parking area is a little small. no real turnaround but preparation is key.
proper breakfast only between 9am to 10am !!
quality staff price
Close to town centre
1. No one was at reception to check in so we had to wait. 2.Room was cold; we had to ask for heating to be on. 3.No phone in the room to communicate with staff or other. 4.Bed mattress was very basic and springs could be felt. 5.No dressing table or lit/long mirror in room to dress. 6.Breakfast was served after 9am (too late if you want to check out early). Also breakfast was served on one table shared with other customers which was not very comfortable.
The location is peaceful, lovely garden and general atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful even introducing everyone at breakfast time which was eaten at a communal table. This is a great idea, meeting people we didn't know was a pleasant way to start the day.
Not such good value for money.Room was small and rather "tired" Only one coat hanger in the wardrobe, mismatched furniture and furnishings. En suite was a good size and clean.Breakfast looked ok,I am gluten, sugar and dairy intolerant but not having a breakfast menu drop down on the website I wrongly assumed that given the price of an overnight stay there would be thought given to the fact that some guests may have food allergies and not be able to eat a full English breakfast or croissants and jam. There was only one choice of cereal and the only hot drinks were basic tea and coffee,no herbal teas,no soya milk etc. There was no gluten free bread either so I had a very limited menu.Sadly it didn't live up to our expectations but I certainly can't fault the staff, they were very hospitable and welcoming.
The propery had great facilities of good quality. Very welcoming staff and an excellent loccation to visit the center of Stratford upon Avon.
Nothiong negative to report.
Bathroom was large with separate bath and shower. Great staff. Breakfasts magnificent! Good pub near by for dinner.
Noisy floor boards above so woken several times in night by people above walking around.
Shared breakfast, we met some lovely new friends.
Housekeeper was amazing. Room was great.
It was pricey.
Breakfast is a must. Having to share a communial table was the down side .
Very very cramped ensuite bathroom
Situated a short walk from a local pub, which served good food with friendly atmosphere. Being able to relax while away with the added bonus of the hot tub.
Mattress on the bed could of been better.
Good location, lovely housekeeper and clean.
Dreadful room in the roof space. Impossible to stand up and walk around! Cant believe it was passed by building regs!
The rooms were lovely; cosy, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Located near enough to the town.
The sausages/ bacon were not the best quality. Although ensured was disable friendly this wasnt the case for our immobile elderly parent. Had a few difficulties which the staff did try to rectify.
Very friendly atmosphere, newly refurbished. Mix of self catering and B & B. Walkable into Stratford town centre via footpaths (20 mins).
Some wall fittings not finished that well and shower water did not drain off floor.
Leaving the property,
Being told that when we booked we have no room that was paid in full, what a way to run a busuiness
Bedroom - how it was furnished Shared lounge and kitchen Good location fro theatre
Shower - water puddled up and didn't run away properly. Our friend was kept awake by noisy guests in the hot tub.
Breakfast Location Staff
Classy accommodation, very clean and only 15/20 minutes to Stratford centre. Super King size bed too. Excellent breakfast very good choices & high quality including M&S jams!! Best part has to be Minty, she signed us in & served breakfast... So friendly & helpful, a definite plus! Would return & highly recommend.
If being picky ,bed could have been better.
Community lounge and the large community breakfast table. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Room very nice indeed, but a bit stuffy.
