The friendliness of the owner. She couldn't do enough for us. Our family room was spacious enough to accommodate all 4 members of the family. And was in very easy reach of the nec where we were attending the Gadget Show.

Nothing to do with the B&B itself, the location was fine, though was just a shame that the nearest convenience's were over a mile away!

Location to NEC, only 5 mins away. Comfortable bed, quite area, free tea/coffee facility & superb breakfast, friendly staff. would stay again. Highly recommended

Owners were very helpful, drove us to the nec, taxi back £6. Room warm and spotlessly clean. Breakfast excellent.

Mattress was a bit firm, but this was only negative we could think of.

The location was good if you are visiting the NEC. It was a nice quite farmhouse setting. The heating was good and the bath room

Church Farm is the ideal place to stay if you like a rural setting on the doorstep of the NEC. Comfortable, functional and all facilities we needed close at hand. The owners are friendly and welcoming but leave you to enjoy complete independence. Perfect for our stay. The horses in the courtyard we stayed in made us feel very at home.

If you are a light sleeper you may find the planes disturb you early morning but the plus side is you are so close to the International airport and railway station.

It felt as if we were eating breakast in the proprioters' living/dining room at 1 big dining table which is not for me. I would have preferred a seperate table but that's just personal choice.

We stayed 6 weeks previously and were keen to use Church Farm on our latest foray. Its quiet charm and cosiness together with the friendliness of the staff were all that we could wish for.

There was nothing to dislike. Being close to an airport is likely to incur aircraft noise, noticeable but not disconcerting on our previous visit, not in evidence on this. On neither occasion did we notice any traffic noise. For a budget-price stop-over one cannot fault Church Farm.

Its proximity to NEC and ease of access from motorway. The accommodation was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Accommodation in stables (albeit converted ones) at Christmas was very topical.

Proximity to the airport

Early morning transfer to the airport was agreed but instead they called a taxi for us which we paid for.

They offered us a service to take us and collectus from the NEC

the near by church and it's bell ringing till 10:30pm.

friendly welcome good breakfast and the transport to and from the NEC was a real bonus,will definitely recommend it and will be going back

It was extremely convenient for the NEC and had a selection of pubs close to hand. The accommodation was clean and comfortable.

The shower was too dark and it would have benefitted from a dressing table/mirrored area.

Mine host was great ideal for our stop over whilst playing golf great value and great breakfast.

Was 5mins from the NEC, the owners were great and gave us a lift to the NEC Sat & Sun which meant only getting a taxi back which cost £5. The converted barns were very nice and comfortable, in the evening we walked up the lane to see the nice church and the horses in the fields.

Was near to the airport and so you could hear and see the low flying planes. This didn't both us but may affect other people, although any hotels closer to the NEC are aslo closer to the airport so I don't think this would ever really be an issue.

The rural setting, yet close to Birmingham International and NEC. Helpful and friendly hosts. Hosts provided rides whenever possible.

Church Farm is directly under the flight path of planes taking off from the airport, so was unable to sleep past 6 am. The hosts could provide more literature about nearby attractions for tourists such as myself. WiFi reception was spotty...other guests I spoke to also had problems.
