Location, good breakfast, soft beds.
Cat in dining room or on kitchen work tops. Too small shower.
Location / Staff / Breakfast - first class
Slight issue 1st night with noise from room below, did not spoil my time at Church Hill House
The staff and the views
Steep drive way and steep street leading to it. I am an OAP
Great for exploring Snowdonia. Good breakfast to set you up for the day.
There was nothing I didn't like.
Location in town easy walk to pubs and shops
Nothing not to like
Everything about the place was excellent except:-
There was a lack of shelves in the bedroom and the bathroom.
Looking down at the church through the window I just love betws y coed
Room was big and comfortable. My dogs could stay with me. Breakfast excellent. Owner was very helpful and made me feel at home. Just loved the place.
Proprietor and staff friendly Location
Lack of heated towel rail in internal en suite (damp towels in morning) Poor quality wardrobes and bunk bed
good location. Friendly family, comfortable and clean
Very friendly; good breakfast; excellent location.
Lovely people Lovely place Just lovely!
Couldn't fault anything!
Clean, comfortable, great location, good breakfast, friendly owners.
Nothing to dislike.
Location was excellent - great as a base
Expensive and not flexible / helpful regarding basic requests
The hotel was only a 3 minute walk from the train station, shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and could not do enough to help. Our room was clean and comfortable as was the rest of the hotel.
We came back from a long walk at 9.30 pm to find we could not get anything to eat in Betws-Y-Coed because everywhere closed at 9 pm.
Food was good. Good location for exploring Smowdonia
Beds were uncomfortable.Had to use bedspread on top mattress so you not feel the springs. We now know these we're replaced on the day we left. However an apology for the poor quality would have been appreciated out of courtesy and may be a slight reduction in the room rate.
This b&b was in a beautiful location, close to restaurants and centre of town. The hosts were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend!!
Beautiful location, easy reach or the whole of North Wales. Clean, very friendly and helpful proprietor.
Not a real dislike, but the rooms were on the small side . However, not being in them for very long, it didn't really matter.
Everything. Excellent breakfast too.
Our room was spacious and airy with a lovely view of the church ..The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant visit.
LOCATION,SET JUST OFF MAIN ROAD.
NOTHING TO PUT HERE
wifi very limited
This was a great base camp for activities in North Wales. The staff where very helpful in offering advice for different walks and activities.
The wifi is limited to the downstairs common room. I didn't mind too much but would be nice to have in your room.
Location, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast
Lack of private parking
