Cancellation (without penalty)
1. The Hotel may cancel the booking without penalty to either party if the hotel or any part of it is closed due to fire, dispute with employees, admin or system errors, alterations, or by order of any public authority or any cause effecting the event that is outside the hotels control; or if there is a change of ownership of the hotel; or if the hotel in its sole discretion believes the event or the client might prejudice the reputation of the hotel. With respect to the above events, the hotel will refund to the client any advance payment made by the client, and will have no further liability to the client
Cancellation (with penalty)
2. The hotel may cancel a booking with a penalty to the client if the client is more than seven days in arrears with any payment due under this contract; or if the client becomes insolvent or enters into bankruptcy, liquidation or receivership. With respect to the above events, the client shall pay to the hotel compensation, together with any other costs incurred by the hotel in connection with the event

The Church House is more of an upmarket guest house but very convenient both in price and facilities for business. It was not as if one was intruding on a family Food was not the best but far from the worst. |

Warm & Clean with a good shower. Room small, whilst there was a pleasant restaurant, the meals were expensive for what was to be provided e.g. breakfast £10.00 |

Only member of staff on duty was polite & courteous Almost everything! the room was too small, no wardrobe, shower room too small, bed under window, window had obscured glass(no view anyway) radiator not working properly, breakfast well cooked but cheap bread, one slice of bacon, one slice(!) tomato, cheap orange juice & charged £10 for it - I have left all this info at the hotel & spoke to the staff member about it |

The bed was comfortable. It's someone's house, and they have made it into a teeny tiny hotel. The bathroom in our room was so tiny you couldnt shut the door and if you did you would suffocate as there was no ventilation. A large picture hook on the back of the bathroom door was to hang your dressing gown on!!!!! My partner arrived after I did and he was interrogated before he was shown to our room. The hotel is very noisy as all the walls are partition walls!!!! The room was so small you could practically was your hands without leaving the bed!!!! They are trying hard, but just doesn't do it for me!!! |

I had a spacious room, with everything I needed. The guy who did everything from book me to cook dinner was very friendly and professional.Dinner was good basic food. Good location for Milton Keynes area. Shower and tv in room very small but not a big problem. |
