Excellent place to stay & very good location. Great breakfast included also.
We only stayed for one night, but I have to say everything was perfect, lovely room, even though the bathroom wasn't ensuite, we where perfectly comfortable with the private bathroom across the hall. Bed comfy, out like a light! Breakfast delicious and relaxed. Richard made a huge effort with lots of little details, would definitely return again.
Nothing. Everything was lovely.
Friendly, clean, lots of nice little touches.
All good, the room was spacious and comfortable with bay window & a view across to the church. Location great for finding places to eat without using a car. Especially appreciated all the extras on our hospitality tray and fresh milk. Good sized bathroom with robes. The whole house is lovely and cared for.
A quiet, comfortable Bed and Breakfast with pleasing decor. Richard made us very welcome and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely return.
Breakfast, decor, bed, all are excellent. Richard has great style; the rooms are beautifully, simply decorated, the bed is deep and comfy. Nothing is skimped on: good quality teas and coffee in the room (usually the grotty bit of a B and B), big towels, robes, different breads, delicious fruit salad. Nothing is standard, all far better than average. GO!
Great hospitality. Richard, the owner was most helpful with information about where to eat, what to see.
large comfy bed and lovely breakfast
with it being 17th century building floorboards creak
Richard, the owner, is very kind and welcoming. The home is beautiful and very well kept. The room was very large, clean and super comfy. Breakfast was first-class: fresh fruit, fresh Greek yogurt, excellent cooked food.
price too high
Good sized room, breakfast was very good and the dog was the icing on the cake
Very comfortable rooms with nice touches like warm Welsh cakes on arrival. We were extremely well looked after; the breakfast was excellent and beautifully presented. Very handy location, with several decent pubs and restaurants nearby and a short stroll from the sea.
Beautiful house Good location Friendly proprietor Excellent service
Richard (our host) is wonderful! He takes pride in every possible detail being just perfect! The location is great, the rooms are great! This was our second visit, if up to us many will follow! The best B&B ever!
Not a thing
Perfect host with an eye on details and a very good location.
Richard the host was very friendly but in a reserved way that suited us.
Couldnt fault it. Friendly and attentive host. Beautiful house. Decorated and furnished to the highest quality. Well positoned in the town with own parking.
Friendly host, with cute dog, great breakfast, super-clean room and bathroom, and lovely location.
We were only there for a night but it was marvellous. The b&b was beautiful and in an excellent location. It was very clean and comfortable, we slept very well! We also loved the delicious breakfast- I had a bit of everything and it was cocked to perfection. A great stay. We will be coming back!
The warm welcome from Richard and Bruce(his very well behaved dog) made us feel at home immediately. It was a lovely house in a super location and everywhere was spotless. Very comfortable bedroom and en-suite with an impressive view of the 13 century church opposite. There is a delightful and unexpected, peaceful rear garden (plus parking). The top quality breakfast was delicious. Now that we have found this gem we will definitely be back (if we can get in)!
There was nothing to dislike at Churchbank
Excellent location, with parking and easy walk to very good restaurants. Very comfortable spacious room with very good en-suite. Delicious home cooked full English breakfast. Excellent host who aims to ensure your stay is made as comfortable as possible....fresh milk available for you to take to your room as required! A beautiful well cared for house with very tasteful decor. A delightful sunny walled garden to relax in.
A very soft bed which after our own firm bed took a night to get used to. It is only a preference and one cannot be choosy.
Comfortable, tastefully decorated, personal touches such as sherry decanter, owner friendly, helpful, interesting to talk to
Nothing to dislike, no fault to find
Pretty much everything. Just off the town centre.
Pretty much nothing.
