No parking! !!
Spacious, great location, easy to find and close to the shopping mall.
Beds were too springy & cheap. We slept on the floor!
The flat was very clean and spacious. It was great to stay somewhere in the centre of Brighton.
Great location and spaciouse apartment. Nice bathroom and kitchen
The noice from the street is VERY load. Like somebody standing next to you screaming on Fri and Sat night. Impossible to sleep! Bad carpets and terrable furniture. The living room only has two sofas and no tables
Could've done with an automatic security light down the ally way
The apartment is in the heart of the night life food &seaside cash machines and also it was very easy to fine..Self check in was excellent for people such myself that work late...
Checkout time& the heating in the bed rooms don't work..Also the double bedroom had no window for fresh air...The apartment need air freshers in that case..
Clean bed linen and towels
This place is damp and dirty! Do not stay here. Wooden items in kitchen were covered in mould. Dust and cobwebs in abundance.
Loved apartment, decor, location and facilities. It has made our idea and dream of living in Brighton a very real option. As we realised a flat or apartment is sufficient.
We arrived to another family in our apartment and asked for a call back as nobody in Churchill answered the phone. Still to this day I've had no call back. Also beds are horrifically uncomfortable... Mattress had springs popping out. Hence poor sleep and comfort rating.
Excellent location, and very high standard of interior.
Noise from the people coming out of near by night club and early deliveries to both subway and pub (5/5.30am)
Location was good, a short walk to the Main Street for groceries/restaurants in the area.
It was not a great entrance, very spartan furnishings and decor. Inconvenient to collect a key and then go to separate location for accommodation. It would have been far better to have been greeted/met and shown the place. 2 nights was long enough.
quite big area, fit for group stay
no hairdayer，only one bathroom,a bit smelly
- great location near city centre and seaside - spacious apartment - clean
- poor location if you expect quiet night and good sleep - on main street and party can last until 4 am:)
Whole place stunk of damp Rear wall of bathroom covered in damp The bed sheets actually felt wet because of the damp issues The patio referred too, was actually the back entrance of the subway food store, with over-brimming wheelie bins Very noisy at night from Subway/Whetherspoons emptying bins in the early hours The owner gave a large inventory and rules leaflet, which one entering the property was almost laughable. Things contradicted his own rules (furniture up against radiators etc), blinds were already broken etc. And the damp was bordering on ridiculous to a point I even considered going to sleep in the car when we got in bed and it felt wet!
The location was perfect everything there was great, needed for nothing. very happy polite staff. thank you had a great stay, will defo stay again
There was a damp smell from bathroom. It needed dusting and hoovering properly
Great location and an excellent apartment. Looks if it has just had a makeover.
A great stay could have been even better. Despite a great kitchen there was no dining table or chairs. A synthetic worktop but no trivet for hot pans. No coasters so new coffee table top will get stained quickly. Partly used toilet role for four people staying two nights
Location is good
Weekends load noise ( clubs and bars ).
Bed very uncomfortable you can feel every spring coil in the bed. Says it sleeps 5 but the sofa bed is ridiculously uncomfortable to sit on let alone sleep in. Stair case to flat3 21 Brunswick Place has damp smell and really awful smelly carpet. Finally every pot and pan in the kitchen was RUSTY!!!!! How on earth management can say they knew nothing about it is beyond belief.
The location was excellent central to all amenities within walking distances & the apartment was very private/ secure & well equipped.. Friendly staff upon key collection excellent value for money .. Would stay again !
Sofa beds were a small double & a bit hard & all quilts pillows felt damp..
The apartment itself wasn't too bad inside but not worth the money at all.
The communal area was disgusting, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years, really run down and shabby. The reception was a 15 minute walk from where the actual apartment was which wasn't ideal when carrying loads of heavy bags! The beds were uncomfortable and the sofas felt like you were sitting on concrete. Not worth the money at all, I've paid less than that and stayed somewhere 3x as nice before now!
Nice clean big apartment, close to the centre. Facilities were good too. Good value at £200 for the night.
Sofa beds in lounge not quite big enough for two people to sleep on.
Bedrooms are much cosier and more pleasant than lounge area - which lacks any feeling of warmth or comfort. Location. Location. Location. Perfect for a group of girls or guys looking for a weekend out in Brighton. Right amongst the main bars meant it was perfect for a night out - we even came back between bars to change into comfy shoes!! 10/10 for location if you want to be within a stones throw of pretty much everything. Would come back purely based on location.
No mirrors in any of the bedrooms! No bins. One toilet for 7 people. Bathroom had mops/iron dumped in a corner. No bins in the bedrooms. Apartment wet on arrival. States sleeps seven but open out sofa beds were small. We pushed them together and fitted on three. 4 would be a squeeze. Needed to sleep two in a single instead. Very noisy/squeaky doors - management informed!
Was very clean and tidy you could live there for a few weeks and be perfectly comfortable
Would have liked my apartmeny to be closer to the sea front but that cant be helped
It was everything near the clubs, near the car park ,near the beach and the restaurants
The price was a little bit high
Good location for beach, bars and town .
No way 7 adults could stay in this apartment luckily there was 5 of us. There was not enough bedding supplied the double room and single room were fine but the pull out beds were so uncomfortable and no bottom sheets supplied and only one quilt cover. There are no mirrors in the apartment not good for 5 girls sharing and no toilet roll holder.
Fab location. 5 minutes from the beach one way and 5 minutes from the town the other way. Apartment very clean, spacious, plenty of clean sheets and towels provided. Free wi-fi as well.
The sofa beds weren't very comfortable and the communal area in the hall could do with a lick of paint. Also only one mirror in the whole place. Not great for 4 girls trying to get ready for a night out!
