Leaving - except the amount paid I was in a pokey little room at the back of the hotel that you could hardly swing a cat in. When I sat on the bed I knew i was in trouble when my butt went straight to wood. I've heard of saving water, but the lengths they go to here are ridiculous - not only is the shower big enough only for children, but the water pressure is non existent... |

nice quiet close to beach and town at time of going toilet flush not working properly shower head leaking should have been sorted .but we reported it. |

Friendly staff, very efficient service at breakfast. Hotel within walking distance to the beach and town centre, but would be to steep for anyone not fit to walk back from the beach Poor water pressure from the shower, large family group in the same corridor with children very loud running and playing outside our room at 7am everymorning, very annoying |

Beautiful view from our bedroom. A basket of fruit in the room on arrival. Really friendly, happy staff. The bed was a lovely size but squeeked every time you moved. The quality of the sausages did not fit with the price of the room, very poor. Also informed the hotel of a broken table on the balcony and was told that it would be fixed but it wasn't. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed wasn't terribly comfortable and overall, I felt that the price was too high for what you got. I stayed in a guesthouse in St. Ives that was nicer, more comfortable, for about half the price. |

Very good breakfasts and optional evening meal. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent views. No subtitles available on TVs, analogue or digital. |

Wi Fi is a vital service for me. Staff were very friendly and helpful A little dated in communal areas. Lounge and dining room could be updated. |

Frühstück gut Zimmer zu klein, Duschvorrichtung katastrophal - Mischeinrichtung, Wasserdruck, Schlauch, Lüftung (nur oberer Teil vom Fenster konnte aufgemacht werden), Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht, 3 Sterne bei der AA unverständlich |

Aivan upealla paikalla rinteessä, merinäköala. Henkilökunta teki kaikkensa, jotta asiakkaat viihtyisivät. Koska huoneessa ei ollut minibaaria, jätin shampanjapullon jäähdytettäväksi ja sain sen takaisin jäähdydettynä ja jopa jäähdyttimessä! |
