Room was great - fab sea view. Staff friendly - good parking - a must in St Ives Fire alarm went off 5 times during the night! We complained and have got two free nights which we're happy with. My main concern is has the fire alarm been fixed? Pretty important detail! |

Very well prepared room. Staff super-helpful. Clean, well decorated with good design. Quiet. Breakfast was excellently cooked and service good. Dinner was very good No problems at all during our stay |

The newly refurbished bedroom with en suite bathroom was excellent First allocated an old bedroom, this was unaccepteble and poor value. The move to a seafront bedroom made all the difference |

The staff were excellent, extremely pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has spectacular views, about 10 mins stroll to harbour, with ample free car parking. Room was very clean and well appointed. Breakfast to die for! |

The staff was excellent. The room was comfortable with great views though the bed could have been bigger...The breakfast was one of the best English breakfasts I have ever had in UK hotels Not really except as mentioned above the beds could have been king size |

good views from front public longeand bar across town and sea side and well kept front garden and close to station (steep walk but short) and onsite parking. room smaller than that seen at booking.Complaint made about breakfast seating arrangements unsatisfatory staff response at time, but manager has since contacted me and apology given.Staff attitude spoilt visit. |

Leaving - except the amount paid I was in a pokey little room at the back of the hotel that you could hardly swing a cat in. When I sat on the bed I knew i was in trouble when my butt went straight to wood. I've heard of saving water, but the lengths they go to here are ridiculous - not only is the shower big enough only for children, but the water pressure is non existent... |
