Clean, modern, comfortable. Very good apartment for our family- two bedrooms! Good location. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back here in the future.

Internet acces very expensive.

Staff were helpful. Location is good if you like to get away from the hustle and bustle of London city crowds. We did stay over the weekend and the place was so quiet, hardly a sight of anyone around. However I was told this was not the case during weekdays. I like how the apartment has 2 bathrooms which is hard to come by

Lack of lights. You'd think this is a minor thing but it really did get to me when there's not lights in bedrooms apart from your side lamps. Even the living room was so dimly lit, the only areas which were brightly lit were the hallway

Spacious apartment, very quiet (on the 8th floor) with well-appointed kitchen, bathroom and high-quality bed linens. It felt like home. Tesco Express a 5-minute walk (watch out for traffic)open 24/7 from 6.00 am to 23.00. Public transport v. convenient.

the bed was a Queen size - would have preferred a bigger bed, but it was comfortable. This is Canary Wharf, reclaimed dockland, and they're trying to make it interesting. It's not interesting the way that the Centre of London is, but it's much less expensive.

Friendly and responsive service

The apartment size was good, 2 double beds 2 bathrooms. Comfortable beds and sofa. The staff were friendly and helpful. The nearest station is Westferry.

Exceptional value for money and right in the heart of Canary Wharf and just can't recommend the apartments any higher.

One screw sticking up from the gripper rod under the door where my daughter cut her toe !

the location was great for the London marathon. The staff were really friendly and very helpful.

We stayed for 6 nights. the apartment has plenty of space to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Having your own kitchen and a Tesco near by made breakfast easy. Close to DLR, tube and ferry. We used all 3 options during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.

Wifi was a bit slow.

It was Close to the dlr 5 Min walk and 2 mins to the water{the Thames) So we took a boat trip, Fantastic Views & a Great way to see London. The Apartment had everything,great views,underfloor heating in the bathroom, Iron, Hair dryer & CD/dvd player. For me it was a 9/10 !

No Spare bedding or pillows There was cigaret buts on the Balcony, it was to cold to sit out & it didn't effect us but just let it down a little as it didn't look very nice? We are none Smokers

Great location...easy access to all of Londons attractions via tube. Spacious apartment with clean facilities & access.

Check-in was a bit slow, as only one person and the process seems to be a bit cumbersome, but nothing outrageous

location was brilliant and the apartment was spacious, contemporary and very clean. The place itself is very quiet so when you were in your apartment it felt like a home from home.

A lot of space. Really cool! Very good kitchen. Why they dont have free Wi-Fi... It would be the best place in London!

Paying for carpark and Wi-Fi.

This is a great apartment block very close to DLR and Canary Wharf. Good restaurants close by and Jubilee London Underground close by too. Perfect for Excel Centre.

Have to pay for WiFi! What year is it? WiFi was not fast and expensive.

The apartment was fantastic clean .but there was a smell of stale smoke . But otherwise very comfortable and relaxing

To find the car is a bit of a mission as is finding the entrance to the hotel as sav nav will take you on the lower level of the roundabout once there the desk staff are less than help full. I would suggest that the parking is first with a code then in the lift to book in

It's like living in your own apartment , quite comfortable. Got everything you need. 2 minutes walk to light railway station, 10 minutes to shopping centre. Canary wharf is just by the corner.

Cleaning every 6 days, so basically you don't get it at all. The light railway doesn't connect with underground directly, have to get out of station and walk for 3minutes to the tube station. Need to buy the tickets twice which cost about 8-10 pounds for single journey to central London. Quite expansive, better get an Oyster card which is cheaper and convenient (I realized after 3 days in London.)
