Convenient location and very clean, well equipped and reasonable comfort. Our booking included breakfast but the hotel were not aware of this until I produced the booking confirmation papers. They were confused as the price paid was the standard room rate which usually does not include breakfast. However, once the papars had been seen, there was no problem and breakfast was authorised for us. The hotel may take up this point with you as they were not clear about it.

Location, price, cleam The Sofa bed was a disgrace. It was neither comfortable as a Sofa or a bed - and as a bed it even had a hump in the middle - unbelievable!

The location is good. I had a studio room with sofa bed, and the sofa bed was utterly terrible. It did not lie flat and I slept horribly (and I normally sleep well in hotel rooms). In addition, the check-in process was very slow, as they did not have my reservation even though I had made it days before I arrived. But most importantly, for this kind of price I expect a decent bed.

very impressed with the room - as this was the cheapest hotel i could find in the City - great location - 5 mins walk from Morgate not a very cozy bed- with blanket and sheet - i guess as it's a sofa bed - it would be tricky to pile it up - wasn't cold though, and bed was very comfortable - but on a very cold night in late january, would've like to be a tad more cozy

The staff is very kind, helpful and professional. People in the next room awoke me when coming back into their room late in the evening. The noise was audible from the small entrance in common, not outside the suite or from the walls. Opening and closing doors and people speaking or laughing before entering their own room can awake early sleepers (as I am...)

Close to desired location. Price is good compared to other hotels etc. Comfortable rooms. Very helpful, kind staff especially Mrs rima and technician. The sofa matress was awful. Again the other room I was offered was average, but I slept better than the sofa one.

Very pleasant staff and most helpful. The smaller size of the hotel as compared to Holborn - and the less busy location as compared to Trafalgar Square - make it very pleasant and friendly. A nice part of London. The joint entrance to rooms can make it a little noisy. Some guests can also be noisy - but well dealt with by staff.

Ideally located for the wedding which we were attending The ability to self cater The rooms were isolated,one door to two rooms Had internet access Very clean in the kitchen area and well equipped It was noisy at about 3am Saturday/Sunday when a number of residents returned to the hotel Door bell rung at around 3am, no one there Television /Radio left on very loud in one of the 3rd floor rooms early am

Excellent location at the Barbican - the facilities were excellent too. The sofa bed was very comfortable! A very good italian restaurant almost next door as you turn right out of the hotel.
