Convenient location and very clean, well equipped and reasonable comfort.

Our booking included breakfast but the hotel were not aware of this until I produced the booking confirmation papers. They were confused as the price paid was the standard room rate which usually does not include breakfast. However, once the papars had been seen, there was no problem and breakfast was authorised for us. The hotel may take up this point with you as they were not clear about it.

It was close to the tube. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The facilities in the rooms/apts was ok and it was clean and stylish.

Unfortunalely the fold-out-sofa-beds were rock hard, so after not being able to sleep more than two hours each night, the first two nights, we finally (after asking for it two mornings in a row) got three ekstra quilts to have over the matress. It helped, so we did get some sleep on the final night. Besides that, the hotel is great!

The rooms were fantastic, it was clean and the staff were very helpful, the parking facility was very handy for us

Convenient Friendly staff

It would be useful for the staff to know more about the local area I.E. where some of the supremarkets are, how to get to different places by train/bus/foot

The consumables were provided on a bare minimum basis, the televison whilst adequate was small and only received a few channels, a little residents bar would have been nice.

Great location,helpful staff, clean room with everything I needed, quiet hotel corridors, comfortable accomodation.Pretty much perfect.

The room was far to hot. Need to have a heat control in the room so that it can be adjusted to the individuals comfort

Too expensive for what it is. Small room, only realised when I booked the room no real bed. Waste of money.

Excellent location at the Barbican - the facilities were excellent too. The sofa bed was very comfortable! A very good italian restaurant almost next door as you turn right out of the hotel.

Lack of proper double bed. Receptionist making us wait 5 mins to check in whilst he chatted to his girlfriend on the phone!

not too noisy, if you ask for a quite room

Fairly basic, hope you like brown. Would like somewhere to park the car, that is not too expensive for the stay.
