1. We booked a double room (sofa), but it turned out that the room had a 1-person sofa without the other bed. So we got another room that was okay. 2. The rooms were not clean. The first room had a left umbrella under the bed (obviously not cleaned under the bed). The second room had an empty bag left by a previous guest. We chose this hotel because most other hotels were full. We come to London frequently (visit our son's family) but this is the worst experience we had. We will not come back to this hotel. |

Our room was very quiet - a bonus in such a large city. It was next to a Tube station which made it very easy to get around. It was also central enough to be able to walk to many places. Opposite the Barbican too! The decor was a little dingy - this was due to the colour scheme that had been chosen. Room was small when bed was pulled out, but adequate. Bed was large & comfortable - this had been a worry as it was a sofa bed and these can be very uncomfortable! It would have been good if you were staying for a long time & didn't want to eat out all the time, so could cook; Tesco Express nearby; dishwasher provided too! Thought we would have been offered clean towels on a daily basis, and that the tea & coffee sachets would have been replaced. I don't think any cleaning was done while we stayed there. However we were only there for 3 nights so it wasn't a big issue, just a disappointment. |

We were able to check into our hotel at around 12:30 in the morning which was convenient. Our colleagues' room was not ready for early check in although we had arranged with the hotel for this to be available. |

It was easy to get to from the Sadler's Wells Theatre (where my conference was held). And very easy to walk into covent garden for a show in the evening. The cost of meals was much easier on the pocket around the hotel, than in town. On arrival there was only one lady on reception who continued to answer the phone whilst dealing with us. |

Room was clean and tidy and staff were polite and helpful. Opted not to have breakfast but there were plenty of places close by. Breakfast very expensive and bed a little to hard but no bad problems |

I thought the sofa bed would be small or uncomfortable as I'm 6' 2" but it was very comfortable. Handy location to city centre and quiet when we were there. Rooms are 'paired' off the main coridoor which helps with noise reduction. Facilities for cooking were good but didn't use them. |

Very good located and comfortable. I liked very much to have a small kitchen in the room. During the 4 nights we stayed in the hotel, they didn't clean the room!! |

Clean rooms with space. The bed could be lifted in a wardrobe, freeing a lot of space. We stayed in with two small children, and the room was big enough fo their inflatable beds. The absence of air conditioning could be an issue in hot summer.Staff helpful but no more than professional. |

i was dubious about the sofa bed - especially as we paid £100 for the room, but it was actually very comfy. i also found the fridge very useful (and kitchenette) as you don't usually get these in a hotel room. check in and check out was very easy. parking was a bit expensive so we did not opt for this. all in all, i was very impressed. we did not have breakfast but it seemed very expensive (£10) for what it was. i would expect a full english for £10 |

Staff were polite, efficient and very helpful. The location was perfect for our needs on this trip. Finding out, only after the first night, that there would be no cleaning during our 2-night stay, unless we wanted to pay 15GBP/day was a big shock. The tub didn't drain properly, and that meant the tub had to be cleaned after each use. The sofa bed smelled of cleaning fluids. Not enough pillows. Not enough blankets. Given that an extra towel would have cost 7GBP, I can only imagine what extra pillows or a blanket would have cost. The Ryanair approach to costs and services really put us off the idea of ever using this hotel again. At the least, this approach to charges should have been more transparent on the website. |

The hotel is located in a very good place, especially, for city trips. The tranportation (Buses, Tube) is very closed to the hotel and rhe supermarket too. The room was spacious enough for all of us and was found very clean. The kitchen was equiped very well. Recommended !!! Actually there was nothing special that we did not like. The only thing that was lack were salt, pepper, sugar (that was given but wasn't enough) and ... tablets for the disher. |
